Location

The Xanadu Club Makadi Bay Hotel is located in Makadi Bay, south of Hurghada, directly on the coast of the Red Sea. Hurghada International Airport is approximately 30 km away.

Facilities

The Xanadu Club Makadi Bay Hotel opened in September 2025 and features 176 rooms. The outdoor area includes three pools, including a relaxing pool that is heated in winter, as well as a children's pool. Additionally, the hotel grounds feature an aqua park with 14 slides for adults and 13 slides for children. Gastronomic facilities include the Lotus restaurant with buffet offerings, as well as five à-la-carte restaurants: Ariel (à-la-carte breakfast), Topkapi (Turkish cuisine), Mongo Mongo (Mongolian cuisine), Ristorante Malena (Italian cuisine), and Yumi (sushi restaurant). Six bars are also available. The hotel complex also offers a spa area, a gym, and a mini-club.

Standard Double Room

The double rooms (D) are approximately 28 m² and are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, coffee/tea maker, safe, Wi-Fi, minibar, seating area, and a balcony or terrace. Available with pool view (PD) or sea view (DM) for an additional charge.

Superior Double Room

The Superior double rooms (DSU), approximately 40 m², feature the same amenities as the standard double rooms.

The family rooms (DF2) are approximately 56 m² and are equipped with two bedrooms with a connecting door, two bathrooms, shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, coffee/tea maker, safe, Wi-Fi, minibar, seating area, and a balcony or terrace.
Available with pool view (FP2) for an additional charge.

Family Suite

The family suites (2FS), approximately 56 m², feature the same amenities as the standard family rooms, but with pool or sea view.

Meals are served in buffet form at the all-day dining restaurant "Lotus".
- Breakfast from 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Lunch from 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM
- Dinner from 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Snack service from 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM in the Lobby & Club Lounge and from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM at the "Xanadu Beach Bar".
Ice cream is available from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM at "Fancy Land" and from 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM in the "Lotus Restaurant".
Additionally, there is a midnight snack buffet in the main restaurant "Lotus" from 11:00 PM – 2:00 AM.
