Location

The Xanadu Club Makadi Bay Hotel is located in Makadi Bay, south of Hurghada, directly on the Red Sea coast. Hurghada International Airport is approximately 30 km away.

Facilities

The Xanadu Club Makadi Bay Hotel, opened in September 2025, features 176 rooms. The outdoor area includes three pools, one of which is a relaxing pool heated in winter, as well as a children's pool. Additionally, the hotel grounds boast an aqua park with 14 slides for adults and 13 slides for children. Dining facilities include the Lotus Restaurant with buffet options and five à la carte restaurants: Ariel (à la carte breakfast), Topkapi (Turkish cuisine), Mongo Mongo (Mongolian cuisine), Ristorante Malena (Italian cuisine), and Yumi (Sushi restaurant). There are also six bars. The hotel complex further offers a spa area, a fitness studio, and a kids' club.

Standard Double Room

The double rooms (D) are approximately 28 sqm and equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, tea/coffee maker, safe, Wi-Fi, minibar, seating area, and a balcony or terrace. Rooms with pool (PD) or sea view (DM) are available at an additional charge.

Superior Double Room

The Superior Double Rooms (DSU), approximately 40 sqm, have the same amenities as the Standard Double Rooms.

Family Room

The Family Rooms (DF2) are approximately 56 sqm and feature two bedrooms with connecting doors, two bathrooms, shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, tea/coffee maker, safe, Wi-Fi, minibar, seating area, and a balcony or terrace.
Rooms with pool view (FP2) are available at an additional charge.

Family Suite

The Family Suites (2FS), approximately 56 sqm, have the same amenities as the Standard Family Rooms, but with pool or sea view.

Romance Suite

The Romance Suite (RSG) is approximately 55 sqm and is equipped with a Jacuzzi, shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, tea/coffee maker, safe, Wi-Fi, minibar, bathrobes, a seating area, and a balcony or terrace.

Presidential Suite

The Presidential Suites (P2) are approximately 90 sqm and feature two bedrooms with connecting doors, a living room, two bathrooms, a Jacuzzi, shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, tea/coffee maker, safe, Wi-Fi, minibar, seating area, and a balcony or terrace.

HRGB30: Super Saver Room

Meals are served buffet-style in the all-day dining restaurant "Lotus".
- Breakfast from 7 AM to 11 AM
- Lunch from 12:30 PM to 3 PM
- Dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Snack service from 11 AM to 11 PM in the Lobby & Club Lounge and from 11 AM to 5 PM at the "Xanadu Beach Bar".
Ice cream is available from 11 AM to 6 PM at "Fancy Land" and from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM at "Lotus Restaurant".
Additionally, there is a midnight snack buffet from 11 PM to 2 AM in the main restaurant "Lotus".
