Travel information

Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Thursdays. The journey must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay beforehand is mandatory. The earliest possible embarkation date is always selected.

Notice

The travel offer you have chosen has a duration of 14 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. Amenities

The MS Nile Excellence features a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins, which are spread over several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and has a reception desk. Let yourself be pampered in the main restaurant and enjoy the cool drinks served by the three bars on board. Furthermore, a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are available. From winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small gym that is freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your holiday perfect, you can relax on the sun deck on the loungers or cool off in the pool and enjoy the dreamlike view of the landscape along the Nile.

Suite

The friendly furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 m² in size and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and French balcony.
Also bookable for single use (1SA).

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same equipment as the suites, but are larger (approx. 37 m²). The Royal Suites are located on the middle deck and upper deck.
In the Royal Suites, there is also a small table and two chairs on the balcony.

Single Suites

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 m² in size and otherwise equipped the same as the suites, but with only one single bed and without a seating area.

Economy Suite

The economy suites (S2Z), while otherwise having the same equipment as the suites, are slightly smaller (approx. 21 m²) and may not have a French balcony or seating area, but feature a window that cannot be opened.

The Steigenberger ALDAU Beach Hotel, particularly popular with regular guests, is located in the first row of beaches in Hurghada on one of the most popular coastal sections of the region. The spacious complex is located on a 400-meter-long private sandy beach with turquoise blue water. Together with the two sister Steigenberger hotels, the resort is located directly on the „ALDAU Art Promenade“ with various shops, restaurants, and the Elements Club & Lounge. It is about 10 km to the lively city center of Hurghada, the famous "Sakalla". Hurghada airport is approx. 6 km away.
