Combined product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the outbound flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and the Nile cruise afterwards, the return flight must be from Luxor.

The travel package you have chosen has a duration of 12 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. 1st Day:
Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
2nd Day:
A balloon ride is possible at 5 AM (optional, can be booked on site).
Morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon sailing to Edfu. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
3rd Day:
Morning cruise to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3).
Sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight stay on board.
4th Day:
Morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).

Facilities

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins, which are spread over several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and has a reception desk. Let yourself be pampered with culinary delights in the main restaurant and enjoy cool drinks served by the three bars on board. Furthermore, there is a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner at your disposal. From winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small fitness room, which is freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your holiday perfect, you can relax on the sun loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool and enjoy the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

Suite

The comfortably furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 m² and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and French balcony.
Also bookable for single use (1SA).

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the suites, but are larger (approx. 37 m²). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper deck.
In the Royal Suites, there is also a small table and two chairs on the balcony.

Single suite

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 m² and otherwise have the same amenities as the suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy suite

The economy suites (S2Z) are somewhat smaller (approx. 21 m²) with otherwise the same amenities as the suites and possibly without a French balcony and without a seating area, but with a non-opening window.

The beautiful hotel complex extends over nine small islands on which the various buildings of the hotel are distributed. The island landscape is connected by wooden bridges. Surrounded by crystal-clear lagoons and beautiful sandy beaches, the location creates a very special atmosphere that immediately makes you feel like you are on holiday. The hotel is located approx. 25 km north of Hurghada, just a few minutes' drive from the center of El Gouna with various shops, restaurants, and bars. For a fee, you can use the regularly operating boat and bus shuttle. It is approx. 40 km to Hurghada airport.

Double room Superior pool or lagoon view

The comfortably furnished rooms (DSU) are freshly renovated and have a size of approx. 38 m². The rooms have a walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, LCD-TV, minibar (replenished daily with soft drinks), coffee and tea maker, safe, and balcony or terrace with a view of the hotel's own lagoon. Also bookable as a double room for single use (DEU).

Double room Premium side sea view

The rooms (P2D) have a walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, LCD-TV, minibar (replenished daily with soft drinks), coffee and tea maker, seating area, safe, and balcony or terrace. The rooms have a side sea view and are renovated.

Beachfront Deluxe Room

The freshly renovated Beachfront Deluxe rooms (BF2) offer the same amenities as the double rooms but are located in the first beach row. Also bookable for single use (BF1).

Family room

The family rooms (DF2) offer the same amenities as the double rooms but consist of two rooms with a connecting door.

Suite Superior (HRGA16)

The Suite Superior (SU2) are similar in terms of amenities to the double rooms Superior, but do not have a walk-in shower and are larger at approx. 42m².

The "Miramar" main restaurant offers breakfast (7-10:30 am) as well as dinner (6:30-10 pm) in buffet form. Lunch is offered in the "Miramar" or "Waves" restaurant. Local beer, local spirits, and local wines, soft drinks, ice cream, tea, mineral water, and coffee are included around the clock at the respective open bar. Drinks in the minibar are also included (daily refilling of soft drinks).

Dine Around El Gouna

The Dine-Around program allows guests with half board, full board, or all-inclusive a special culinary experience. Guests can dine in participating restaurants of other hotels – entirely without additional costs for the food (drinks excluded).
