Combination package consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all transfers in between. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the outbound flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and then the Nile cruise, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3) Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Tour of the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 AM, hot air balloon excursion (optional, can be booked on-site).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, the Karnak and Luxor Temples (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:

Continue from Esna.

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole.

Single cabin

Same features as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 m²) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

The JAZ Amara Resort, newly opened in December 2023, is located on a beautiful, gently sloping beach section in the first beach row of the popular bay of Marsa Mares. The bay is particularly known for its turtle population and has a house reef that invites you to snorkel and dive. Your holiday home is about 8 kilometers away from Marsa Alam Airport. Various shopping opportunities with bars and restaurants can be found at the port of Port Ghalib (about 5 kilometers away).

Facilities

The stylishly built hotel complex has a total of 272 rooms and suites spread across the entire property. These include various superior and deluxe rooms, suites, and swim-up rooms. Your holiday resort surprises with a very appealing, elegant design and was designed very generously. The impressive reception area offers a direct sea view of the resort as well as the bay and features a reception with various seating areas and a lobby bar. The outdoor area has a large pool landscape that runs through the entire complex. Seven different pools await you, including a children's pool, a baby pool, and a Jacuzzi (partially heatable in winter). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available to guests free of charge in the pool area as well as on the private beach section; bath and beach towels are already in the rooms. Furthermore, the complex has a spacious fitness studio on the first floor with a panoramic view of the bay and the pool landscape. Directly adjacent is the hotel's own Mivida Spa (for a fee). The friendly furnished Superior double rooms (DSU, approx. 51m²) feature a walk-in shower/WC, individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar and telephone (each for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), LED TV, and a minibar. The rooms are each equipped with a king-size bed or two single beds. There is also a tea and coffee station in the room. The rooms have a terrace or balcony. Also bookable with pool (DSP), side sea (DSS), and sea view (DMU). Also bookable for single use (DEU/ESP/1SD/UME).

Superior double room, sea view guaranteed, top floor

The newly bookable schauinsland-reisen original rooms (MSA) are equipped like the Superior double rooms and feature sea views. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the top floor of the hotel, thus offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.

Superior Swim-up double room, value room

The Superior swim-up double rooms (DWP) have the same features as the Superior double rooms, but with direct access to the sharing pool and sun loungers on the terrace. The rooms also have the following amenities, exclusive to schauinsland-reisen:
- Fruit basket upon arrival in the room
- VIP treatment upon arrival: Coffee/tea maker in the room, two additional bathrobes, various snacks such as apples, berries, chocolate, macarons, nuts, and various Arab pastries.
- Use of the à la carte restaurants is included one extra time (Teppanyaki restaurant is excluded; in all other rooms, à la carte restaurants are only included once).

Executive Suite

The Executive suites (2SU) are spacious (approx. 150m²) and feature a walk-in shower/WC, individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar and telephone (each for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), LED TV, a minibar, and a coffee/tea maker. The Executive suites also have a living/dining area. The suites have a large balcony with a private pool.

The main restaurant "Marasi Restaurant" offers international cuisine for breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:30), and dinner (19:00-22:00) in buffet form. In addition, a late-riser breakfast is available there from 10:30-12:00. Guests also have access to two à la carte restaurants (reservation required), which are included three times per stay/guest (except Teppanyaki, thereafter for a fee): "Tao Tao" restaurant with a selection of Asian dishes such as sushi, sashimi, Japanese dishes, or Teppanyaki. The à la carte restaurant "Bay View" offers Mediterranean fine-dining cuisine. Tea time is offered from 12:30 PM to 5 PM. Various bars offer refreshments and snacks during the day, such as the "La Vista Pool Snack Bar" (snacks and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks), "Splash Pool Bar," "Fantasia Lobby Bar," and "Bay View Beach Bar" (snacks and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks).
