The sprawling hotel features a total of 950 rooms distributed across many small buildings. In the generously landscaped gardens, there are 25 pools in total (four of which can be heated in winter), a heated children's pool, and a private aqua park for guests of all ages. Facilities include an inviting lobby with a reception and comfortable seating areas, as well as a shopping arcade with numerous shops that invite you to browse. The hotel's six restaurants offer a wide variety of culinary specialties. These include the main oriental restaurant "East&West" as well as four specialty restaurants that can be used without reservation ("Soprano" – Italian, "Zum Kaiser" – German, "L’Asiatique" – Asian, and "Culina" – Mediterranean). Additionally, there is an international à la carte restaurant in the food court (included once per stay, reservation required). The offer is rounded off by various cafés and bars. A snack bar on the beach is available for light bites in between. The aqua park features 12 slides for adults, two pools with 12 slides and water features for children, as well as various pools and diverse sports and entertainment programs. Sun loungers, parasols, and towels are available free of charge at the pool and beach.

Beachfront sea view

The Schauinsland-Reisen-Original rooms (BF2) offer the same amenities as the double rooms and are located directly on the beach with a view of the sea.

Junior suite pool view

The junior suites (J2P) are approx. 60 m² in size and offer the same amenities as the double rooms but feature an additional open-plan living area and a pool view.

Super saver room

The family rooms (FP2) have the same amenities as the double rooms but are more spacious (approx. 70 m²). There are beds for children, which are visually separated by a sliding door.

Double room Deluxe pool view

The newly built double rooms Deluxe pool view (D2P) are luxuriously furnished and approx. 53 m² in size. Amenities are otherwise similar to the standard double rooms. These modern rooms additionally feature a balcony or terrace with a pool view.

Deluxe suite pool view

The spacious Deluxe suites are newly built and modern. With the same amenities as the double rooms, these suites are larger (approx. 65 m²) and additionally feature a separate area for parents and children. The suites have a balcony or terrace with a pool view.
