The sprawling hotel features a total of 950 rooms spread across many small buildings. The expansive garden area houses 25 pools in total (two of which are heated in winter), a heated children's pool, and a private Aqua Park for all ages. Facilities include an inviting lobby with a reception and comfortable seating areas, as well as a shopping arcade with numerous shops that invite you to browse. A wide range of culinary specialties is offered by the hotel's six restaurants. These include the oriental main restaurant "Saffron" and four specialty restaurants that can be used without reservation ("Soprano" – Italian, "Zum Kaiser" – German, "L’Asiatique" – Asian, and "Culina" – Mediterranean). Additionally, there is an international à la carte restaurant in the food court (included once per stay, reservation required). The offer is complemented by various cafes and bars. For a quick snack in between, two snack bars are available at the beach. The Aqua Park features 12 slides for adults, two pools with 12 slides and water games for children, as well as various pools and diverse sports and animation programs. Sun loungers, sunshades, and towels are available free of charge at the pool and beach.

The double rooms (D) are approx. 47 m² in size, modernly furnished, and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar (daily water replenishment), Wi-Fi (limited speed), and a safe. The rooms also have a balcony or terrace with garden or pool view (PD).
Available with a side sea view (DMS/DES) or direct sea view (DM/DEM) for an extra charge.
Also available for single occupancy (DE/PDE).

Beachfront sea view

The rooms (BF2) have the same features as the double rooms and are located directly on the beach with a view of the sea.
From winter 23/24, these rooms are bookable as Schauinsland-Reisen-original rooms.

Junior suite pool view

The junior suites (J2P) are approx. 60 m² in size and feature the same amenities as the double rooms, but with an additional open living area and pool view.
Also bookable with a side sea view (J2S) or sea view (J2M).

Super saver room

The super saver rooms (SSZ) offer the same amenities as the double rooms, but with a garden view, not always in a preferred location, and are subject to limited availability and special pricing.

Family room pool view

The family rooms (FP2) have the same features as the double rooms but are more spacious (approx. 70 m²). Beds are available for children, which are visually separated by a sliding door.

Double room Deluxe pool view

The newly built Deluxe pool view double rooms (D2P) are luxuriously furnished and approx. 53 m² in size. Amenities are otherwise similar to those in the double rooms. These modern rooms also feature a balcony or terrace with a pool view.
Also bookable for single occupancy (D1P).

Deluxe suite pool view

The spacious Deluxe suites are newly built and modern. With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are larger (approx. 65 m²) and include an additional area for parents and children. The suites feature a balcony or terrace with a pool view.

The Superior double rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, air conditioning, TV, safe, hairdryer, telephone, and garden view (DSU).

Double room Deluxe garden view (RMFA30)

These approx. 47 m² Deluxe rooms are equipped with air conditioning, hairdryer, rental safe, minibar (for a fee), bath or shower/WC, and a balcony or terrace with a garden view (G2Y/DDA). Also bookable with pool view (DPB/DPE), sea view (DDM), or beachfront (B2D) for an extra charge.
