Location

The "JAZ Elite Negma", which will open its doors for the first time in summer 2026, is located directly on the gently sloping beach of the picturesque "Marsa Mares Bay". Marsa Mares Bay is one of the best-known snorkeling and diving areas in the region and, with a bit of luck, offers encounters with sea turtles and dugongs. Marsa Alam Airport is approx. 10 km from the hotel.

Facilities

The modern and elegant hotel has 336 rooms and suites and features a reception area with a front desk, a lobby bar, a pool bar, and a beach bar. Indulge in first-class cuisine, which offers a large selection of local and international dishes, with a main restaurant and 3 specialty restaurants (Arabic, Mediterranean, and Italian cuisine) that offer a wide selection of signature dishes, carefully prepared to present guests with the various spices of the continents directly at their table. In the stylish outdoor area, there are 3 pools with an integrated children's pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge both at the pool and on the beach.

Superior Double Room

The rooms (DSU) feature a bath/shower, WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), LED satellite TV, and safe. Balcony or terrace with garden view.
Available for single use (DEU) for an additional charge, as well as with pool view (DSP/ESP) or with pool and partial sea view (DSS/1SD).

Superior Double Room Upper Floors Pool/Partial Sea View

The schauinsland-reisen Original rooms (DSO) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms and feature a pool and partial sea view. The rooms are guaranteed to be located on the upper floors of the hotel, thus offering a breathtaking view of the pool and the Red Sea.
Also available for single use (1OS).

Superior Double Room Swim Up

With the same features as the Superior Double Rooms, these rooms (DWP) have a terrace with direct access to the sharing pool.
Available for single use (EWP) for an additional charge.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential hazard for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, schauinsland-reisen has a minimum age requirement of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Deluxe Family Room

The Deluxe Family Rooms with pool view (2DF) are approx. 56m² in size and feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, minibar (for a fee), TV, telephone (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace. The children's sleeping area is separated by a door.
Also available with pool view (FPD) or partial sea view (F2D) for an additional charge.

Executive Suite

The Executive Suites (ESM) are approx. 68m² in size and feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, minibar (for a fee), TV, telephone (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace.

Deluxe Family Room Swim Up

With the same features as the Deluxe Family Rooms, these rooms (FSU) have a terrace with direct access to the sharing pool.

Junior Suite

The approx. 60 m² Junior Suite is equipped with bath/shower/WC, tea and coffee making facilities, Wi-Fi, minibar (for a fee), and safe (JS2). Also bookable under RMFA51.

Meals

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form in the main restaurant. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 9 am to midnight at the respective open bar.
In the evening, an elegant dress code applies in the restaurant, which contributes to an upscale atmosphere. For gentlemen, elegant clothing is required: long trousers and appropriate footwear are a must, while muscle shirts, vests, and shorts of any length are not permitted. Ladies may also wear shorts, but these should be of an appropriate length – very short shorts or hotpants are not desired. Stylish dresses, skirts, trousers, blouses, or shirts are recommended, which underscore the special atmosphere of the evening.

Guests have the option of organizing the visa themselves or purchasing it from the schauinsland-reisen tour guide upon arrival for 35 € per person.
