Location

The "JAZ Elite Negma", which will open its doors for the first time in summer 2026, is located directly on the gently sloping beach of the picturesque "Marsa Mares Bay". Marsa Mares Bay is one of the most famous snorkeling and diving areas in the region and, with a bit of luck, offers encounters with sea turtles and dugongs. Marsa Alam Airport is approx. 10 km from the hotel.

Facilities

The modern and elegant hotel has 336 rooms and suites and features a reception area with a front desk, a lobby bar, a pool bar, and a beach bar. Indulge in first-class cuisine offering a large selection of local and international dishes, with a main restaurant and 3 specialty restaurants (Arabic, Mediterranean, and Italian cuisine) that provide a wide selection of signature dishes, carefully prepared to present guests with the various spices of the continents directly at the table. In the stylish outdoor area, there are 3 pools with an integrated children's pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are available free of charge at both the pool and the beach.

Superior Double Room

The rooms (DSU) are equipped with bath/shower, WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), LED satellite TV, and safe. Balcony or terrace with garden view.
Can also be booked for single use (DEU) for an extra charge, as well as with pool view (DSP/ESP) or with pool and partial sea view (DSS/1SD).

Superior Double Room Upper Floors Pool/Partial Sea View

The Schauinsland-Reisen Original rooms (DSO) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms and feature pool and partial sea view. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the upper floors of the hotel, offering a breathtaking view of the pool and the Red Sea.
Also available for single use (1OS).

Superior Double Room Swim Up

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these rooms (DWP) feature a terrace with direct access to the sharing pool.
Can also be booked for single use (EWP) for an extra charge.
(Additional inventory bookable under RMFA51 as Swim up Type A (A2Q) and as Type B (DSB)).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen applies a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types for children.

Deluxe Family Room

The Deluxe Family Rooms with pool view (2DF) are approx. 36 m² and feature bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, minibar (for a fee), TV, telephone (for a fee), and balcony or terrace. The children's sleeping area is separated by a door.
Can also be booked with pool view (FPD) or with partial sea view (F2D) for an extra charge.
(Additionally bookable under RMFA51 with pool and partial sea view (2FB)).

Executive Suite

The Executive Suites (ESM) are approx. 30 m² and feature bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, minibar (for a fee), TV, telephone (for a fee), and balcony or terrace.

Deluxe Family Room Swim Up

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Family Rooms, these rooms (FSU) feature a terrace with direct access to the sharing pool.
(Additionally bookable under RMFA51 (FSU) and as Type B (XFB).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased safety risk for small children.

Junior Suite

The approx. 65 m² Junior Suite is equipped with bath/shower/WC, tea and coffee making facilities, Wi-Fi, minibar (for a fee), and safe (JS2). Also bookable under RMFA51.

Meals

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form in the main restaurant. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 9 a.m. to midnight at the respective open bar.
In the evening, an elegant dress code applies in the restaurant, which contributes to an upscale atmosphere. Elegant attire is required for gentlemen: long trousers and appropriate footwear are a must, while muscle shirts, vests, and shorts of any length are not permitted. Ladies may also wear shorts, provided they are of a reasonable length – very short shorts or hot pants are not desired. Stylish dresses, skirts, trousers, blouses, or shirts that underscore the special atmosphere of the evening are recommended.
