Location

The newly built SUNRISE Anjum Resort Grand Select, which first opened in April 2024, impresses with its modern bohemian style. The resort is located directly on the dreamlike, hotel-owned sandy lagoon beach, providing the perfect conditions for snorkelers and divers. A jetty facilitates entry into deeper water. Marsa Alam Airport is located approximately 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The Schauinsland-Reisen original hotel was built in an elegant bohemian style and features 203 rooms and suites spread across various buildings. The complex features a reception area with seating and an adjoining outdoor terrace. The outdoor area of the resort includes five different pools, including a splash pool, an infinity whirlpool, an adult-only pool (Oasis pool), as well as an island and kids pool (all pools can be heated in winter). Dining options include the Boscage Restaurant (international cuisine, open buffet), the à-la-carte restaurant "Manzoku" (Asian cuisine), and "Basilico," which operates as an international à-la-carte restaurant until the evening and as an Italian à-la-carte restaurant in the evening. All à-la-carte restaurants are included and can be visited daily with a reservation. Snacks are available to guests at the "Indigo Terrace" bar. A total of seven different bars, one of which is adult-only, offer a selection of drinks. Additionally, the holiday resort features a spa area, a fitness studio, a beauty salon, a kids club, and various shops.

The modernly furnished rooms (DSU, approx. 40 m²) are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar, seating area, and balcony.

Family Room with Bunk Bed

The family rooms (2FA) have the same features as the Superior double rooms and include a bunk bed.

Family Suite

The rooms (2FS) have the same features as the Superior double rooms, but are larger (approx. 50 m²) and consist of two bedrooms separated by a door (one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with a shower and a terrace.

Same features as the Superior double rooms, but more spacious (JS2, approx. 55 m²) and with a living area.

Junior Pool Suite

Same features as the Superior double rooms, but more spacious (2YZ, approx. 60 m²), with a small seating area and a terrace with access to a small private pool. Bookable for single use (1YZ).

Same features as the Superior double rooms, but with limited availability and a special price (SSZ).
Also bookable for single use (SSE).

Executive Suite

The Executive Suites are larger (ES2, approx. 70 m²) with similar features to the Superior double rooms. The rooms have a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a dressing room, a bathroom with a separate shower, a seating area, and a terrace.
Also bookable as a swim-up room with direct access to the sharing pool (EXG).

Junior Suite Swim Up

Same features as the Superior double rooms, but more spacious (SUJ, approx. 60 m²). Additionally, these rooms have access to a communal swim-up pool. Also bookable for single use (SUE).

Deluxe Beach Front Swim-up Suite

The rooms (S2U) are approx. 45 m² and have similar features to the double rooms, with a terrace. The rooms are located in the immediate vicinity of the beach.

Anjum Jacuzzi Suite Sea View

The Anjum Jacuzzi Suite (S2J) is approx. 80 m² and consists of two bedrooms, one equipped with a queen-size bed and one with two twin beds. The rooms have similar features but additionally include a balcony with a Jacuzzi and a sea view.

The main restaurant "Boscage" offers breakfast including coffee and tea as well as various freshly squeezed juices (7:00-10:30, plus late breakfast 10:30-11:00 on request), lunch (13:00-15:00), and dinner (19:00-22:00) in buffet form. As needed, the following à-la-carte restaurants are also fully included (subject to availability with prior reservation): "Basilico" (07:00-10:30 à-la-carte breakfast, 12:30-17:00 international cuisine, 19:00-22:00 Italian cuisine) and "Manzoku," which is open from 18:30-22:00 and offers Asian cuisine. Coffee, tea, and cake are offered at the "Indigo Bar" daily from 15:00 to 17:00. A midnight snack is available to guests from 23:00 to 01:00 in the Boscage Restaurant. Local non-alcoholic drinks are available 24/7 at one of the seven different bars (one bar is adult-only). Local alcoholic drinks are included from 10:00-00:00.

Sports included

An indoor fitness studio with various CrossFit equipment is available to guests free of charge from 8:00-20:00. The minimum age for the fitness studio is 16 years. The entry visa for all travel services booked through Schauinsland-Reisen is not included in the travel price.
Guests have the option to organize the visa themselves or purchase it upon arrival from the Schauinsland-Reisen tour guide for 35 € per person.
