Location

The newly built SUNRISE Anjum Resort Grand Select, which first opened its doors in April 2024, impresses with its modern Bohemian style. The resort is located directly on the stunning, hotel-owned lagoon sandy beach, offering the perfect conditions for snorkelers and divers. The jetty facilitates entry into deeper water. Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel is built in an elegant Bohemian style and features 203 rooms and suites spread across several buildings. The complex includes a reception area with seating and an adjoining outdoor terrace. The outdoor area boasts five different pools, including a splash pool, an infinity whirlpool, an adults-only pool (Oasis Pool), and an island and kids' pool (all pools are heated in winter). Dining options include the Boscage Restaurant (international cuisine, open buffet), the à la carte restaurant "Manzoku" (Asian cuisine), and "Basilico," which serves international à la carte cuisine during the day and Italian à la carte in the evening. All à la carte restaurants are included and can be visited daily with a reservation. Snacks are available at the "Indigo Terrace" bar. A total of seven different bars, one of which is adults-only, offer a selection of drinks. Additionally, the holiday resort features a spa area, a fitness studio, a beauty salon, a kids' club, and various shops.

Superior Double Room

The modernly furnished rooms (DSU, approx. 40 m²) are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), coffee/tea making facilities, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar, seating area, and balcony. Also available for single occupancy (DEU) and single with child (1DS).

Family Room with Bunk Beds

The family rooms (2FA), with the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, feature bunk beds.

Family Suite

The rooms (2FS) have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms but are larger (approx. 50 m²) and consist of two bedrooms separated by a door (one with a queen-size bed and one with two twin beds) and a bathroom with a shower and a terrace.

Junior Suite

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but more spacious (JS2, approx. 55 m²) and with a seating area. Also available for single use (1YZ).

Junior Pool Suite

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but more spacious (2YZ, approx. 60 m²), with a small seating area and a terrace with access to a small private pool. Available for single use (1YZ).

Super Saver Room

Same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but with a limited quota and special price (SSZ). Also available for single occupancy (SSE).

Executive Suite

The Executive Suites are larger (ES2, approx. 70 m²) with similar amenities to the Superior Double Rooms. The rooms feature a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a dressing room, a bathroom with a separate shower, a seating area, and a terrace. Also available as a swim-up room with direct access to the shared pool (EXG).

Junior Suite Swim Up

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but more spacious (SUJ, approx. 60 m²). Additionally, these rooms have access to the shared swim-up pool. Also available for single use (SUE).

Deluxe Beach Front Swim-up Suite

The rooms (S2U) are approximately 45 m² and have a terrace with similar amenities to the double rooms. The rooms are located in close proximity to the beach. Also available at an additional charge with direct access to a private pool (BSD).

Anjum Jacuzzi Suite Sea View

The Anjum Jacuzzi Suite (S2J) is approximately 80 m² and consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two twin beds. The rooms, with otherwise similar amenities, also feature a balcony with a jacuzzi and a sea view.

The main restaurant "Boscage" offers breakfast including coffee and tea and various fresh juices (7-10:30 AM and late riser breakfast 10:30-11 AM on request), lunch (1 PM-3 PM) and dinner (7 PM-10 PM) as a buffet. If needed, the following à la carte restaurants are also fully included (subject to availability and prior reservation): "Basilico" (7-10:30 AM à la carte breakfast, 12:30 PM-5 PM international cuisine, 7 PM-10 PM Italian cuisine) and "Manzoku," which is open from 6:30 PM-10 PM and offers Asian cuisine. Coffee, tea, and cake are served daily from 3 PM to 5 PM at the "Indigo Bar." A midnight snack is available for guests from 11 PM to 1 AM in the Boscage Restaurant. Local non-alcoholic drinks are available around the clock at one of the seven different bars (one of which is adults only). Local alcoholic drinks are included from 10 AM to midnight.

Not included in All-Inclusive

Imported alcoholic beverages are subject to a charge. Shisha is also available in the evening.

Sports included

An indoor fitness studio with various CrossFit equipment is available to guests free of charge from 8 AM to 8 PM. The minimum age for the fitness studio is 16 years. Additionally, there is a tennis court (on request subject to availability, floodlights for a fee), beach volleyball, darts, boccia, mini-golf, sunset meditation, water aerobics, and aerobics.

Sports for a fee

German-speaking dive base (International Diving), various water sports activities on the beach (local providers, for a fee).

Children's program

For the little holidaymakers, the SUNRISE Kids Planet Club is available (kids' club multilingual, including German). It caters to children aged 3-12 and is open every day of the week. The resort also features a children's pool, a mini disco, and a separate area in the buffet restaurant. Babysitter service is available on request for a fee.

Wellness

The spa area (10 AM to 7 PM) features a sauna, jacuzzi, steam bath, and Turkish bath, and also offers various massages. The spa area is accessible for a fee and for guests aged 16 and over. The beauty salon offers hairdressing services and various beauty treatments such as manicures/pedicures.

The resort offers daily varied entertainment with evening shows and live music.
