The hotel is located directly on the sea, on a fine sandy beach. The center of Sousse, one of the oldest cities in Tunisia, is approx. 2.5 km away. Enfidha Airport is approx. 45 km away.

The hotel has 490 rooms spread over 8 floors. Hotel amenities include a lobby with a reception and lobby bar. Additional facilities include a spa center and a heated indoor seawater pool. For dining, there are 5 bars, a main restaurant, two à la carte restaurants (L'Oliveraie & Le Pecheur), and a snack restaurant available.
In the spacious outdoor area, there are two pools, one of which is a seawater relaxation pool and the other a pool with 6 water slides. A children's pool and a pool bar are also available. Balinese beds, sun loungers, parasols, and pads are provided free of charge at the beach and pool.
Pool towels are available for a deposit.

Superior Double Room

The 26 m² Superior double rooms feature a bathroom with a toilet, walk-in shower, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, centrally controlled air conditioning (June 15th–Sept 15th), coffee and tea-making facilities, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, safe, and a balcony or terrace (DSU).
Also available with a sea view for an additional charge (DMU). Can also be booked for single use (DEU/UME).

Deluxe Sea View Double Room

The facilities are the same as the Superior double rooms, but all Deluxe rooms have a sea view and offer additional amenities such as an espresso machine, complimentary pool towels, as well as a stocked minibar, a fruit basket, and a bottle of wine upon arrival. Additionally, a 30-minute massage or hammam session per stay is included in the price (DM2). Also available for single use (DM1).

Family Room

The family rooms have the same features as the double rooms but are more spacious at 32 m² (DF2).

Junior Suite Prestige

The Junior Suite Prestige rooms are 36 m² and are equipped like the Superior double rooms, but with an additional seating area (JS2).

Senior Prestige Suite

The Senior Prestige Suites feature the same amenities as the double rooms but include an additional living/bedroom, two satellite TVs, and an additional separate toilet. They are 52 m² in size (SP).

Young Traveller Room

These are the Superior double rooms, but only bookable for guests aged 18–29. The guests' date of birth must be entered at the time of booking for the discounted price to be displayed (YST).

Breakfast (7:00–10:00 AM), late-riser breakfast, lunch (12:30–2:00 PM), and dinner (6:30–9:30 PM) are all served in buffet style, with a separate children's buffet. Snacks, cakes, pastries, and ice cream are available during the day. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available from 8:00 AM to 12:00 midnight at the respective open bar.

Sports included

Aerobics, aqua aerobics, fitness room (renovated in 2025), boccia, volleyball, fitness room, chess, table tennis, mini-football, 2 tennis courts (by reservation/1 hour daily), as well as 3 paddle courts and 4 pickleball courts.
