Location

The hotel is located directly on the sea, on a fine sandy beach. The center of Sousse, one of Tunisia's oldest cities, is approximately 2.5 km away. Enfidha Airport is approximately 45 km away.

The hotel has 490 rooms spread over 8 floors. Hotel amenities include a lobby with a reception and lobby bar. The facilities also include a spa center and a heated indoor pool with fresh water (open daily in winter from 9 am to 1 pm; children aged 3 and over welcome). For dining, there are 5 bars, a main restaurant, two à la carte restaurants (L'Oliveraie & Le Pecheur), and a snack restaurant.
The generously designed outdoor area features two pools, one of which is a relaxation pool with a seawater pool, and the other is a pool with slides. There is also a children's pool and a pool bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and mattresses are available free of charge at the beach and by the pool.
Towels are provided upon payment of a deposit.

Double Room Superior

Equipped with a bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, centrally controlled air conditioning (15.6.-15.9.), coffee and tea making facilities, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, safe, and balcony or terrace (DSU).
Also available with sea view for an additional charge (DMU). Also available for single occupancy (DEU/UME).

Double Room Deluxe

The amenities are the same as the Double Rooms Superior, but all Deluxe rooms have a sea view and offer additional amenities such as an espresso machine, complimentary beach towels, a stocked minibar, a fruit basket, and a bottle of wine upon arrival. Additionally, a 30-minute massage or hammam per stay is included in the price (DM2). Also available for single occupancy (DM1).

Family Room

The family rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are more spacious (DF2).

Junior Suite Prestige

These are 2 Superior Double Rooms with a connecting door and a bathroom, as well as an additional seating area (JS2).

Prestige Suite

The Prestige Suites have the same amenities as the double rooms but feature an additional living/sleeping area, two satellite TVs, and an extra separate toilet (SP).

Young Traveller Room

These are the Double Rooms Superior, but only bookable for guests aged 18-29 years. The date of birth of the guests must be entered when booking to display the reduced price (YST).

Breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style, with a separate children's buffet. Snacks, cakes, pastries, and ice cream are available during the day. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available from 8 am to midnight at the respective open bar.

Sports included

Aerobics, aqua aerobics, fitness room (renovated in 2025), boccia, volleyball, fitness room, chess, table tennis, mini-football, 2 tennis courts (with reservation/1 hour daily), as well as 3 paddle courts and 4 pickleball courts.
