Location

The hotel is located directly on the sea, on a fine sandy beach. The center of Sousse, one of the oldest cities in Tunisia, is approx. 2.5 km away. Enfidha Airport is approximately 45 km away.

The hotel has 490 rooms spread over 8 floors. Hotel amenities include a lobby with reception and a lobby bar. The facilities also feature a spa center and a heated seawater indoor pool. For dining, there are 5 bars, a main restaurant, two à-la-carte restaurants (L'Oliveraie & Le Pecheur), and a snack restaurant available.
In the spacious outdoor area, there are two pools, one of which is a relaxation pool with seawater and the other a pool with 6 waterslides. A children's pool and a pool bar are also available. Balinese beds, sun loungers, parasols, and cushions are provided free of charge at the beach and pool.
Bath towels are available for a deposit.

Superior Double Room

The 26 m² Superior double rooms feature a bathroom with a toilet, walk-in shower, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, centrally controlled air conditioning (June 15 – Sept 15), coffee and tea-making facilities, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, safe, and balcony or terrace (DSU).
Available with sea view for an additional charge (DMU). Also bookable for single use (DEU/UME).

Deluxe Double Room Sea View

The facilities are the same as the Superior double rooms, however, all Deluxe rooms feature a sea view and offer additional amenities such as an espresso machine, free bath towels, as well as a filled minibar, a fruit basket, and a bottle of wine upon arrival. Additionally, a 30-minute massage or hammam per stay is already included in the price (DM2). Also bookable for single use (DM1).

Family Room

The family rooms have the same features as the double rooms but are more spacious at 32 m² (DF2).

Junior Suite Prestige

The Junior Suite Prestige rooms are 36 m² and are equipped like two Superior double rooms, but with an additional seating area (JS2).

Senior Prestige Suite

The Senior Prestige Suites feature the same amenities as the double rooms but include an additional living/bedroom, two satellite TVs, and an additional separate toilet. They are 52 m² in size (SP).

Young Traveller Room

These are Superior double rooms, but only bookable for guests aged 18-29. When booking, the date of birth of the guests must be entered so that the discounted price is displayed (YST).

Breakfast (7-10 a.m.), late-riser breakfast, lunch (12:30-2 p.m.), and dinner (6:30-9:30 p.m.) are served buffet-style, with a separate children's buffet. Snacks, cakes, pastries, and ice cream are available during the day. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available from 8 a.m. to midnight at the respective open bar.

Sports included

Aerobics, aqua gym, fitness room (renovated in 2025), boccia, volleyball, chess, table tennis, mini-football, 2 tennis courts (by reservation/1 hour daily), as well as 3 paddle courts and 4 pickleball courts.
