Location

The barefoot island (approx. 600 x 200m) with a house reef is located in the northeast of Baa Atoll. The transfer time from Malé Airport is approx. 20 minutes by domestic flight, followed by 15 minutes by speedboat. Transfer by seaplane (approx. 35 minutes) can be booked upon request and for a fee.

Facilities

The resort offers a total of 126 villas, furnished in a local style. Facilities include a reception, Sandy Toes boutique, and a clinic. For culinary delights, there are five restaurants and five different bars. Sun loungers and mattresses are available free of charge by the pool; loungers on the beach are reserved for guests booked in beach villas.

Accommodation

Sunset Beach Villa

The Sunset Beach Villas (approx. 38 sqm) are located on the west side of the island, just a few steps from the beach, amidst tropical vegetation. They feature a semi-open bathroom with a rain shower and separate bathtub, air conditioning, coffee/tea maker, TV, telephone, safe, and terrace (S2V).

Deluxe Sunset Beach Villa

The Deluxe Sunset Beach Villas (approx. 47 sqm) are located just a few steps from the beach, amidst tropical vegetation. The semi-open bathroom features a rain shower and a bathtub. The spacious bedrooms are equipped with a king-size bed, a sofa area, air conditioning, coffee/tea maker, TV, telephone, and safe. A terrace is located in front of the room (SVZ).

Garden Villa

The Garden Villas (approx. 68 sqm) are located in the garden of the resort. They are situated near the beach on the east side of the island. The villas are equipped with a king-size bed and a seating area. The bathroom features a rain shower, bathtub, and an outdoor shower. Further amenities include air conditioning, safe, TV, telephone, and coffee/tea maker. A terrace with loungers is located in front of the villas (GV2).

Over Water Villa

The Water Villas (approx. 61 sqm) are built on stilts over the lagoon. They feature a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, bathrobes, air conditioning, coffee/tea maker, TV, telephone, safe, and a wooden terrace with sun loungers and direct lagoon access as well as sea view (W2V).

Speedboat: Operation for estimated arrival/departure between 5 AM and 11 PM // Domestic flight: Operation for arrivals/departures between 9:30 AM and 4 PM // Seaplane: Operation for arrivals/departures between 9 AM and 3 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
Seaplane transfers may involve 1-2 intermediate landings.
For arrivals/departures outside the specified times, in case of bad weather, or for longer immigration waiting times, an overnight stay in Malé may be necessary.
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on island location) and currently most domestic flights operate only during the day. Therefore, an overnight stay in Malé may be required.
