Location

The resort is situated on the eastern outer reef of the North Ari Atoll and is only approx. 300 x 150 m in size. The house reef is located approx. 20-40 m from the beach. The transfer time from Male International Airport is approx. 90 minutes by speedboat. Transfer information Sandies Bathala, Speedboat: Operated for arrivals before 3 p.m./departures after 10 a.m. Transfer by seaplane (approx. 15 minutes) available for an extra charge (as of winter 2026/2027, this will be the standard transfer).

Facilities

The small, simply furnished barefoot island, equally popular with divers and snorkelers, features 70 rooms, including 46 beach bungalows and 24 water villas spread across the entire island. Furthermore, the resort features a reception, a boutique, a buffet restaurant serving international cuisine, an à la carte evening dining option on the beach, "The Beach Grill," with various grilled dishes, as well as an island bar. Sun loungers and bath towels are available free of charge at the beach and pool.

The bright rooms feature a bathroom with double vanity, open-air shower/WC, individually adjustable air conditioning, ceiling fan, telephone, safe, mini-fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a furnished veranda with direct access to the beach (SBZ).

Water Villa

The Water Villas are built on stilts over the sea and, in addition to the same furnishings as the Beach Bungalows, offer a furnished terrace with direct sea access (W2V).
