Location

The luxurious resort is located directly in the northern part of the Vaavu Atoll. The island is surrounded by a dreamlike white sandy beach and crystal-clear, turquoise lagoon. The transfer time from Male Airport is approximately 75 minutes by speedboat. A seaplane transfer (approx. 25 minutes) can be booked at an additional charge.

Facilities

Your holiday resort promises a stay in a relaxed atmosphere. It has a total of 72 villas, located both on land and on stilts over the water. Amenities include an open reception area with a reception and a souvenir shop. For culinary delights, there are three restaurants and a bar. Among them are the "Iru" main restaurant with international cuisine, the "Washoku" restaurant with Japanese specialties and Teppanyaki, and the "Flame" Overwater Grill restaurant. For variety and relaxing moments, there is a swimming pool with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are available here and on the beach free of charge.

Beach Villa

The Beach Villas are approx. 62 sqm and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes/slippers, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee), tea/coffee maker, and a furnished terrace. (2BV) Optionally available also on the sunset side. (S2V)

Duplex Water Villa with private pool

With the same amenities as the Beach Villa, the Duplex Water Villa with private pool is larger (approx. 119 sqm), spread over two floors, and built on stilts over the lagoon. Additionally, the villas feature a living room and a private pool. (WXS)

All meals are served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks such as water, soft drinks, juices, beer, house wine, cocktails, and mocktails from 11 am to midnight at the open bar. For stays of 5 nights or more, a three-course dinner at the "Washoku" restaurant is included.

Speedboat: Operation for approx. arrival/departure between 5 am and 11 pm // Domestic flight: Operation for arrivals/departures approx. between 9:30 am and 4 pm // Seaplane: Operation for arrivals/departures approx. between 9 am and 3 pm.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
With seaplane transfers, there may be 1-2 intermediate stops.
For arrivals/departures outside the above times, in case of bad weather or longer waiting times upon entry, an overnight stay in Male may be necessary.
In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For a occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, it is possible that only 1 or 2 large beds are available in total. Accordingly, it may happen that with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, one child has to sleep in the parents' bed. Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location) and currently most domestic flights are only operated during the day. Therefore, an overnight stay in Male may be required.

The luggage allowance for seaplanes is 20 kg + 3 kg hand luggage per person. Excess baggage is payable on site (approx. 5 USD per kg). Excess baggage is usually delivered by boat.

In the Maldives, sinks or even bathtubs/whirlpools may be integrated openly without spatial separation in the general living area of the hotel room.
