The luxury hotel has a total of 872 rooms, suites, and apartments. The hotel facilities include an elegant lobby with reception, a lobby lounge, the "Columbia" café, a hairdresser, and a souvenir shop.
Culinary delights from all over the world are offered in 12 excellent specialty restaurants. Enjoy Italian dishes at "Prego's", freshly grilled steaks at "Rodeo Grill", Polynesian-French cuisine at "Trader Vic's", or sushi at "Benihana". The "Brauhaus" offers German cuisine and draft beer in a rustic atmosphere, Mediterranean seafood at "Finz" with an overwater dining experience, Indian fusion at "Indigo", and tapas at the outdoor "The Garden by Bay View".
The beautifully landscaped garden features a temperature-controlled swimming pool with a separate children's pool and a pool bar. The Spacious Seaview Rooms (SVS/SV1) are located in the Tower Wing, are approx. 40 sqm, and feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, TV, radio, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, and a balcony. Additionally, the rooms have a separate shower, a bathtub with whirlpool, and mostly sea views.
