The Schauinsland-Reisen-Original Double Rooms Sea View Guaranteed Upper Floor (BDM/BME) are equipped like the Double Rooms and feature sea views and a balcony. The rooms are guaranteed to be located on the upper floors of the hotel, offering breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf.

The Family Rooms Sea View (FM2) are approx. 42 m² and feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, safe, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, air conditioning, balcony, and an additional sofa bed.
Available for an extra charge as a Family Room Seafront (F2Z) with direct views of the Arabian Gulf.

Club Rotana Seafront

The Club Rotana Seafront rooms (CSF/ESF) offer 42 m² and the same amenities as the Family Rooms Sea View. Additionally, Club Rotana guests have free access to the Club Rotana Lounge. Luxurious toiletries by Noir by The White Company are provided in the bathroom. The private reception is open from 6:00 AM to midnight, offering a welcome drink and small welcome gestures in the room. Furthermore, afternoon tea is served from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, and canapés and alcoholic beverages are available free of charge from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
