This modern resort is located on an extensive property with giant pools and water slides directly on the fine sandy beach between the towns of Pomorie and Aheloy, which can be reached in a few minutes by taxi. The hotel is only approx. 20 km away from Burgas Airport, and it is just approx. 10 km to Sunny Beach and Nessebar. The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approx. 20 minutes.

The natural building materials integrated into every detail contribute to a harmonious atmosphere. Other facilities include a main restaurant with a terrace, 3 à-la-carte restaurants (Bulgarian, Asian, and Mediterranean), a bistro bar, a pool bar, a beach bar, a cocktail bar, and a snack bar. The hotel has several pools, including the main pool, the semi-Olympic pool, the Adult & Infinity pool, the lagoon pool, the children's pool, as well as an indoor pool (open in April, May, and October, weather permitting). The double rooms with sea view (approx. 36 m²) are located on the 2nd–6th floors and are very spacious. All rooms are newly and modernly furnished, decorated with impressive interior design, and equipped with a double bed, a single bed, an armchair, shower/WC, safe (included), minibar (daily refill with water, non-alcoholic drinks, beer, and chocolate bars included), telephone, coffee/tea set, air conditioning, and a large balcony (approx. 10 m²) with a sea view (DM).

Family room sea view

The family rooms with sea view (approx. 48 m²) are exclusively bookable with Schauinsland-Reisen and, with otherwise similar furnishings to the double rooms, feature a bedroom with a double bed as well as another bedroom with two single beds and have only one bathroom (FM2).
The family rooms with side sea view (FS2) consist of two double rooms with a connecting door (two bathrooms and two balconies).

Maisonette sea view

The maisonette rooms with sea view (approx. 95 m²) are located on the 5th floor and feature two levels with otherwise similar furnishings to the double rooms. On the lower level, there is a bedroom with a single bed, shower/WC, and a living area with a dining corner; on the upper level is the master bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower/WC, and 2 balconies with panoramic sea view (4M).

Junior suite sea view

The junior suites with sea view (approx. 43 m²) are located on the 2nd–6th floors; they have the same furnishings as the double rooms with sea view but are slightly more spacious and additionally feature two sofa beds (J2M).

Double room side sea view

The double rooms with side sea view (approx. 36 m²) are located on the 2nd–6th floors and are equipped like the double rooms with sea view, but have a side sea view and are equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed (for 3rd + 4th person) (DMS).
Also bookable for single use (DES) or as Single+Child (D1S) at an additional cost.

Lagoon double room

The lagoon double rooms (approx. 44 m²) are located on the 1st floor and feature direct access to the sharing pool from the spacious balcony terrace with side sea view, with otherwise similar furnishings to the double rooms. For safety reasons, accommodation for children is only permitted from 7 years of age (LD2).
Also bookable as Lagoon double room type I (LDP); these rooms are exclusively bookable with Schauinsland-Reisen, have limited availability, and a special price.

Premium double room sea view

The premium double rooms with sea view (approx. 44 m²) have a particularly beautiful sea view, with otherwise similar furnishings to the double rooms (PDM). Also bookable with side sea view on the 1st floor (PSM).

Super saver room

The super saver rooms (approx. 36 m²) have garden views and are located on the 2nd–6th floors, with otherwise similar furnishings to the double rooms (SSZ).

Double room Signature sea view

The double rooms Signature with sea view (approx. 35 m²) are located in the front wing of the hotel, are modernly furnished, and equipped with a king-size bed, an open bathroom (view of the Black Sea from the bathtub), and a separate shower/WC, with otherwise similar furnishings to the double rooms. All rooms have an impressive frontal sea view (SDM).

Double room Comfort side sea view

The double rooms Comfort side sea view (DSC) are exclusively bookable with Schauinsland-Reisen and are equipped like the double rooms side sea view (DMS), but can only be booked for a minimum stay of 7 nights and include the following additional services:
