Location

The modern holiday resort is located on a spacious area with gigantic pools and water slides directly on the fine sandy beach between the towns of Pomorie and Aheloy, which can be reached in a few minutes by taxi. The hotel is only approx. 20 km from Burgas Airport, and only approx. 10 km to Sunny Beach and Nessebar. The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approx. 20 minutes.

The luxurious hotel has 426 rooms, which are modern and high-quality furnished and spread over 6 floors. In the stylish reception hall, you will find a reception, seating areas, and a lobby bar. The natural building materials integrated into every detail contribute to a harmonious atmosphere. Further facilities include a main restaurant with a terrace, 3 à la carte restaurants (Bulgarian, Asian, and Mediterranean), a bistro bar, a pool bar, a beach bar, a cocktail bar, and a snack bar. The hotel has several pools, including the main pool, the semi-Olympic pool, the adult & infinity pool, the lagoon pool, the children's pool, and the indoor pool (open in April, May, and October and subject to weather conditions). An aqua park with 4 slides for adults, 3 slides for children, and the "Splash Park" invite you to enjoy water fun (open from approx. June 1st to September 15th). Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pools and on the beach.

The double rooms with sea view (approx. 36 sqm) are located on the 2nd-6th floor and are very spacious. All rooms are new and modernly furnished, decorated with impressive interior design and equipped with a double bed, single bed, armchair, shower/toilet, safe (included), minibar (daily refilled with water, soft drinks, beer, and chocolate bars included), telephone, coffee/tea set, air conditioning, and a large balcony (approx. 10 sqm) with sea view (DM).

The family rooms with sea view (approx. 48 sqm) are exclusively bookable with schauinsland-reisen and, with otherwise similar equipment to the double rooms, have one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds and only one bathroom (FM2).
The family rooms with side sea view (FS2) consist of two double rooms with a connecting door (two bathrooms and two balconies).

Maisonette sea view

The maisonette sea view rooms (approx. 95 sqm) are located on the 5th floor and, with otherwise similar equipment to the double rooms, have two levels. The lower area has a bedroom with a single bed, shower/toilet and a living area with a dining corner, and the upper area has the master bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower/toilet, and 2 balconies with panoramic sea view (4M).

Junior suite sea view

The junior suites with sea view (approx. 43 sqm) are located on the 2nd-6th floor and, with the same equipment as the double rooms with sea view, are somewhat more spacious and additionally have two sofa beds (J2M).

Double room side sea view

The double rooms with side sea view (approx. 36 sqm) are located on the 2nd-6th floor and are equipped like the double rooms with sea view, but have a side sea view and are equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed (for 3rd + 4th person) (DMS).
Also bookable for single use (DES) or as single + child (D1S) for an extra charge.

Lagoon double room

The Lagoon double rooms (approx. 44 sqm) are located on the 1st floor and, with otherwise similar equipment to the double rooms, have direct access to the shared pool from the spacious balcony terrace with side sea view. For safety reasons, children are only allowed from the age of 7 (LD2).
Also bookable as Lagoon double room type I (LDP), these rooms are exclusively bookable with schauinsland-reisen and have a limited contingent and a special price.

Premium double room sea view

The Premium double rooms with sea view (approx. 44 sqm) have, with otherwise similar equipment to the double rooms, a particularly beautiful sea view (PDM). Also bookable with side sea view on the 1st floor (PSM).
(From summer 2026, also bookable under BOJB01 without sea view (PDZ) or with view of the fountain displays, P2I).

Super saver room

The Super saver rooms (approx. 36 sqm) have, with otherwise similar equipment to the double rooms, garden view and are located on the 2nd-6th floor (SSZ).

Double room Signature sea view

The Double rooms Signature sea view (approx. 35 sqm) are, with otherwise similar equipment to the double rooms, located in the front wing of the hotel, are modernly furnished and equipped with a king-size bed, an open bathroom (view of the Black Sea from the bathtub) and a separate shower/toilet. All rooms have an impressive frontal sea view (SDM).

Double room Comfort side sea view

The Double rooms Comfort side sea view (DSC) are exclusively bookable with schauinsland-reisen and are equipped like the Double rooms Side Sea View (DMS), but can only be booked for a minimum stay of 7 nights and have the following additional inclusive services:
