Location

The Duni Royal Resort comprises 5 hotels in a picturesque setting. It is located in the middle of a nature reserve, on a gentle slope, nestled among dunes and only approx. 7 km from Sozopol. Long sandy beaches and a beautiful bay are in the immediate vicinity. Small alleys, walking paths and typical local architecture of the magnificent hotel complex surprise and delight with a special ambience. The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approx. 60 minutes (approx. 45 km).

The resort covers an area of more than 50 hectares and comprises a total of 5 hotels for families, solo travellers, and couples, friends, and sports enthusiasts seeking relaxation. It offers 10 tennis courts, 4 swimming pools, its own aqua park, sun terraces with loungers and umbrellas by the pools and on the beach, numerous sports facilities, fantastic restaurants, bars, snack and drink stations, cocktail bars, an amphitheatre, shops, fitness and sauna areas, and a mini-golf course, an archery range, and even its own small harbour. Various water sports are available on the beach. The charm of a small Bulgarian village has been recreated here to perfection and leaves nothing to be desired for your holiday.
Located directly next to the Duni Holiday Village, an area designed like a typical Bulgarian village with winding alleys, small villas, and buildings, nestled in nature and surrounded by a dreamlike park landscape, the Hotel Duni Belleville offers you a unique combination of comfort, tranquility, nature, and all this in close proximity to the beach (beach distance approx. 600 m). The smaller hotel has 201 rooms spread over 6 floors (elevator available) and offers its guests a reception, a buffet restaurant and two à la carte restaurants (Italian and Bulgarian), as well as a pool bar and a lobby bar. In the outdoor area, there is a large swimming pool with an integrated children's pool in a large garden area for sunbathing, strolling, and relaxing. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included by the pool and on the beach (subject to availability). There is also another snack bar on the beach. The "DUNI Aquapark" with its many water slides is included for AI guests (open from June 1st to September 15th, weather permitting).
Guests may use all the facilities of the sister hotels Duni Marina Beach, Duni Pelican and Duni Holiday Village as long as they are open (exceptions: the restaurants, bars, pools, and the indoor pool of the Marina Royal Palace Hotel are only available to guests who have also booked the hotel).

Double Room Landside

The Double Rooms Landside (approx. 23 sqm) are equipped with two single beds and feature a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (mid-June to mid-September, centrally controlled), carpet, desk, a sofa bed as an additional bed, satellite TV (flat-screen), Wi-Fi, telephone, minibar (for a fee), a rental safe, and a furnished balcony. For an additional charge, these rooms can also be booked for single use or with a side sea view.

Super Saver Room

Super Saver Rooms are generally rooms that may differ in location, size, and amenities from standard rooms. Allocation is at the discretion of the hotelier on site.

In the buffet restaurant, you can help yourself to a rich themed buffet for breakfast (approx. 7:30 AM - 10 AM, small late riser's breakfast 10 AM - 11 AM), lunch (approx. 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (approx. 7 PM - 9:30 PM). Coffee and cake are available in the buffet restaurant during the day. Cocktails, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served at the lobby bar and the pool bar during their respective opening hours. The bars in the lobbies and at the aqua park are open daily until midnight. Additionally, in the extensive grounds, sandwich stands are available at various stations from approx. 11:30 AM to 6 PM, offering snacks. In front of the beach area, there is a snack bar that also allows guests to visit in swimwear.
Once a week, you can use one of the two à la carte restaurants for a small service charge of approx. €8 / €4 for children (children aged 3-12, payable on site, subject to availability and prior reservation).

Sports Included

Aerobics, aqua aerobics, dance aerobics, step aerobics, ZUMBA, archery, beach volleyball, table tennis, and use of the 10 tennis courts. Sports activities take place throughout the resort.
