Location

The Duni Royal Resort comprises 5 hotels in picturesque surroundings. It is situated in the middle of a nature reserve, on a gentle slope, nestled among dunes and only approx. 7 km from Sozopol. Long sandy beaches and a magnificent bay are in the immediate vicinity. Small alleys, walking paths, and the local architecture of the wonderful hotel complex will surprise and delight you with a special ambiance. The transfer from Burgas airport to the hotel takes approx. 60 minutes (approx. 45 km).

The resort covers an area of more than 50 hectares and features a total of 5 hotels for families, solo travelers, couples seeking peace and quiet, friends, and active vacationers. It offers 10 tennis courts, 4 swimming pools, its own aquapark, sunny terraces with loungers and parasols at the pools and on the beach, many sports activities, fantastic restaurants, bars, snack and drink stations, cocktail bars, an amphitheater, shops, fitness and sauna areas, a mini-golf course, an archery range, and even its own small harbor. Various water sports activities are available on the beach. The charm of a small Bulgarian village has been recreated here to perfection, leaving no holiday wish unfulfilled.
Directly next to the Duni Holiday Village, an area modeled after a typical Bulgarian village with winding alleys, small villas, and buildings nestled in nature and surrounded by the dreamlike park landscape, the Hotel Duni Belleville offers a unique combination of comfort, tranquility, and nature, all in close proximity to the beach (distance to beach approx. 600 m). The smaller hotel has 201 rooms spread over 6 floors (elevator available) and offers its guests a reception, a buffet restaurant, two à-la-carte restaurants (Italian and Bulgarian), as well as a pool bar and a lobby bar. In the outdoor area, there is a large swimming pool with an integrated children's pool in a large garden area for sunbathing, walking, and relaxing. Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels are included at the pool and on the beach (subject to availability). There is another snack bar on the beach. The "DUNI Aquapark" with its many water slides is included for AI guests (open from June 1st to September 15th, weather permitting).
Guests are allowed to use all the amenities of the sister hotels Duni Marina Beach, Duni Pelican, and Duni Holiday Village, provided they are open (Exceptions: the restaurants, bars, pools, and the indoor pool of the Marina Royal Palace hotel are available only to guests who have booked that specific hotel).

Double room landside

The double rooms landside (approx. 23 m²) are equipped with two single beds and have a bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (mid-June to mid-September, centrally controlled), carpet, desk, sleeping chair as an extra bed, satellite TV (flat screen), Wi-Fi, telephone, minibar (for a fee), safe (for rent), and a furnished balcony. Also bookable for single use or with partial sea view for an additional charge.

Super saver room

Super saver rooms are usually rooms that may differ from standard rooms in location, size, and equipment. Assignment is at the discretion of the local hotelier.

In the buffet restaurant, you can help yourself to a rich themed buffet for breakfast (approx. 7:30-10 am, small late-riser breakfast 10-11 am), lunch (approx. 12:30-2:30 pm), and dinner (approx. 7-9:30 pm). During the day, there is coffee and cake in the buffet restaurant. Cocktails, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served at the lobby bar and pool bar during their respective opening hours. The bars in the lobbies and at the aquapark are open daily until midnight. Additionally, sandwich stalls are available at various stations in the extensive complex from approx. 11:30 am to 6 pm, offering snacks. There is a snack bar in front of the beach area where guests are welcome to visit in swimwear.
Once per week, you can use one of the two à-la-carte restaurants for a small service fee of approx. €8/€4 for children (children 3-12 years, payable locally, subject to availability and prior reservation).

Entertainment program in the winter months

Please note that outside of the main travel season (especially in the months of April-May and October), hotels and club facilities may occasionally restrict their entertainment and leisure programs (e.g., animation, mini club, or water sports) as well as the opening hours of restaurants and bars due to the lower number of guests and changeable weather.
