Location

The Hotel Nautic Usedom & Spa is located approx. 500m from the center, and the nearest shopping facilities can be reached after approx. 1 km. Worthwhile excursion destinations include the Koserow pier, which can be reached after approx. 1 km, or Karl’s Adventure Village, which is approx. 1 km away. The Baltic Sea beach is reachable after approx. 1 km, and hotel guests can reach the next town, Wolgast, after approx. 17 km.

Facilities

The hotel was partially renovated in 2025 and features a total of 81 rooms, distributed across a main building and an annex (distance approx. 100m). Amenities at the hotel include a reception, an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, as well as a terrace (open in summer) and a large wellness area. The hotel's wellness area is approx. 3000m² in size and offers, among other things, a Finnish sauna and an infrared cabin. Delicious meals are offered to hotel guests in the on-site restaurant.

Comfort Double Room

The Comfort double rooms are approx. 23m² in size and are equipped with satellite TV, telephone, shower, WC, and hairdryer, double bed, single sofa bed, and partially with a terrace (DKO).

Comfort Single Room

The Comfort single rooms are similar in equipment, but offer a double bed as sleeping accommodation instead of an additional single sofa bed (EKO).

Apartment

The apartments are approx. 28m² in size and are similar in equipment to the Comfort double rooms, but feature a balcony or terrace (AP).

Junior Suite

The Junior suites are approx. 28m² in size and are similar in equipment to the Comfort double rooms. However, they feature both a shower and a bathtub as well as a balcony or terrace (JS2). (Not accessible via lift)
