The Nautic Usedom Hotel & Spa is located approximately 500m from the center, and the nearest shops are about 1 km away. Worthwhile excursion destinations include the Koserow pier, which is about 1 km away, or Karls Erlebnis-Dorf, which is about 1 km away. The Baltic Sea beach can be reached in about 1 km, and guests can reach the next town of Wolgast in about 17 km.

The hotel was partially renovated in 2025 and has a total of 81 rooms, spread across a main building and an annex building (distance approx. 100m). Hotel amenities include a reception, an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a terrace (open in summer), and a large wellness area. The hotel's wellness area is approximately 3000m² and offers a Finnish sauna and an infrared cabin, among other facilities. The hotel's own restaurant serves delicious meals to guests.
