The sand/pebble beach is 250m away, below the hotel, and shops are located in the surrounding area. The nearby town of Afitos, with its winding alleys and typical Greek charm, invites you for strolls, and you can relax in the tavernas and bars. A bus stop is approximately 600m away. The airport is about 75km away.

The modern designer hotel with a total of 50 rooms presents itself in an "industrial design," combining a raw charm with all comforts. Very lovingly managed, the hotel offers guests a reception, lobby, Wi-Fi (included), "Tuna Fish" restaurant, and a bar. The well-maintained outdoor area features 2 pools; the main pool is heated and has a large panoramic sun terrace and a cozy pool bar with a magnificent sea view. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and available for a fee on the beach.

The double rooms are located in the annex building, just a few steps from the main building. They feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, double bed or 2 single beds, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker (replenished daily), and a balcony or terrace (D). All amenities in the main building can be used by guests. Also bookable as a double room for single occupancy (DE).

These modern rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, telephone, air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, double bed or 2 single beds, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker (replenished daily), and a balcony or terrace with sea view (DM).

Double Room Sea View Swim Up

These rooms are located on the lower floor, directly by the main pool. With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Sea View, they feature a furnished terrace and additionally 2 sun loungers and an umbrella (MBS).
"The Double Rooms Sea View Swim Up are not supervised by a lifeguard. Therefore, please pay special attention to your children when using this area and behave considerately."

Executive Deluxe Suite Sea View

These spacious suites consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a living/sleeping area. Further amenities include a bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, safe, refrigerator, espresso machine (replenished daily with 4 capsules), coffee/tea maker (replenished daily), bathrobes and slippers, as well as a balcony or terrace with a fantastic sea view (XDS).

Double Room Deluxe Sea View

The Double Rooms Deluxe Sea View have been renovated for Summer 2025 and feature air conditioning, a ceiling fan, coffee/tea maker (replenished daily), espresso machine (replenished daily with 2 capsules), refrigerator, Smart TV (43 inches), safe, Wi-Fi, bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, toiletries, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, slippers, and a balcony or terrace with sea view (DDM).

Guests can choose their dinner from a selection of salads, appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
