Built directly on a cliff, the hotel offers a dreamlike view of the village of Afitos as well as the deep blue waters of the Gulf of Toroneos. The sand/pebble beach is 250 m away below the hotel, and shopping facilities are located in the vicinity. The nearby town of Afitos, with its winding alleys and typical Greek charm, invites you for walks, and you can linger in the tavernas and bars. A bus stop is approximately 600 m away. Managed with great care, the hotel offers guests a reception, lobby, Wi-Fi (included), the "Tuna Fish" restaurant, and a bar. The double rooms are located in the annex building just a few steps from the main building. They feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, a double bed or 2 single beds, a refrigerator, coffee/tea maker (daily replenishment), and a balcony or terrace (D). All amenities in the main building can be used by guests. Optionally bookable as a double room for single use (DE).

These modernly furnished rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, telephone, air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, a double bed or 2 single beds, a refrigerator, coffee/tea maker (daily replenishment), and a balcony or terrace with sea view (DM).

Double room sea view swim up

The rooms are located on the lower floor, directly by the main pool. With the same amenities as the double room sea view, they feature a furnished terrace and additionally 2 sun loungers and an umbrella (MBS).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Executive Deluxe Suite sea view

The spacious suites consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a living/sleeping area. Additional amenities include a bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, safe, refrigerator, espresso machine (daily replenishment with 4 capsules), coffee/tea maker (daily replenishment), bathrobes and slippers, and a balcony or terrace with a stunning sea view (XDS).

Double room deluxe sea view

The double room deluxe sea view rooms were renovated in summer 2025 and feature air conditioning, a ceiling fan, coffee/tea maker (daily replenishment), espresso machine (daily replenishment with 2 capsules), refrigerator, Smart TV (43 inch), safe, Wi-Fi, bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, toiletries, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, slippers, and a balcony or terrace with sea view (DDM).

For dinner, our guests can put together their own selection from a variety of salads, appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
