The luxurious Portes Lithos hotel offers direct access to the sea with a sandy beach stretch of more than 250 meters. It consists of 130 spacious rooms and suites, a lobby, 24-hour reception, elevator, TV lounge, "Alyki" main restaurant, "Skinos" à la carte restaurant on the beach, lobby bar, and a mini-market. In the large garden landscape, there are 3 swimming pools, a separate children's pool, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels are included at the pool and beach. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property.

The Superior double rooms feature a king-size bed or twin beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, smart satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee; free of charge for All-Inclusive guests, including daily replenishment), espresso machine, kettle, balcony or terrace, and side sea view (D2S). Superior Double Room with private sun loungers and garden view

These rooms have the same facilities as the Superior double rooms and are located on the ground floor with an enchanting view of the garden. Private sun loungers are available for guests on the terrace (DLU). Optionally also bookable as Type A (EDG).

Superior Double Room Sharing Pool

With the same facilities as the Superior double room with side sea view, these feature a king-size bed and are located on the ground floor with a terrace and direct access to the sharing pool (P2H, without side sea view).

Junior Suite Seafront

The Junior Suites Seafront feature a king-size bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, smart satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar, espresso machine, kettle, are located at the beach, and have a balcony or terrace (JF2).

Loft Suite with side sea view

The 2-story Loft Suites are located on the first floor of the building and consist of an open upper floor with a bedroom with a double bed and shower/WC, and a ground floor with a living/bedroom and shower/WC. They also feature bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, smart satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, safe, minibar, espresso machine, kettle, and a terrace with side sea view (2LQ).
Optionally also bookable as Loft Suite Seafront (LF2) located directly on the beach.

Information on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, is staggered from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room.
For stays during high season April 1 – October 31:
Land category 1-2 stars: 2 euros
Land category 3 stars: 5 euros
Land category 4 stars: 10 euros
Land category 5 stars: 15 euros
