The luxury resort is located on a sandy beach on the coast of the Thermaic Gulf, just 4 km from the town of Nea Moudania, with views of Mount Olympus and the Aegean Sea with breathtaking sunsets. A bus transfer is provided by the hotel on weekdays to Nea Moudania and Nea Potidea. Thessaloniki Airport is approx. 60 km away.

The luxurious Porthes Lithos Hotel offers direct access to the sea with a sandy beach length of more than 250 meters. It consists of 130 spacious rooms and suites, lobby, 24-hour reception, elevator, TV lounge, main restaurant "Alyki", à-la-carte restaurant "Skinos" on the beach, rooftop terrace (1.6-30.9., 7 pm-midnight, Summer 2027), mobile snack cart (from Summer 2027, included in high season when booking All Inclusive), lobby bar, and mini-market. In the large garden landscape, there is a swimming pool as well as two sharing pools for the adjacent rooms, a separate children's pool, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas as well as pool towels are included at the pool and beach. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property.

The Superior double rooms feature a double bed or twin beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, smart satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee; free of charge for All Inclusive guests including daily replenishment), espresso machine, kettle, balcony or terrace, and side sea view (D2S). Can also be booked for single occupancy (1SD) or without side sea view for single occupancy (DSE).
Optionally also bookable as Superior Double Room Seafront (RF2/I2T/).

Superior Double Room private loungers garden view

Features the same facilities as the Superior double rooms and are located on the ground floor with an enchanting view of the garden. Private sun loungers are available to guests on the terrace (DLU). Optionally also bookable as Type A (EDG).

Superior Double Room Sharing Pool

With the same facilities as the Superior double room side sea view, these feature a double bed and are located on the ground floor with a terrace and direct access to the sharing pool (P2H, without side sea view).

Junior Suite Seafront

The Junior Suites Seafront feature a double bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, smart satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar, espresso machine, kettle, are located at the beach and have a balcony or terrace (JF2).

Loft Suite side sea view

The 2-story Loft Suites are located on the first floor of the building and consist of a bedroom with a double bed and shower/WC on the open upper floor, and a living/bedroom with a shower/WC on the lower floor. They also feature a bathrobe and slippers, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, smart satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, safe, minibar, espresso machine, kettle, and a terrace with a side sea view (2LQ).
Optionally also bookable as Loft Suite Seafront (LF2) located directly on the beach.

Breakfast 7:00 am - 10:30 am, lunch 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm, and dinner 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm in buffet form with live cooking and various themed evenings in the main restaurant.
During lunch or dinner, a bottle of water, draft beer, house wine, soft drinks, and juices are included.
Lunch or dinner can optionally be taken once a week at the beach restaurant "Skinos" (reservation required). The beach restaurant offers light dishes, snacks, salads, and fruits during the day from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.
At the pool bar, guests receive a selection of snacks, fruits, and ice cream from 11:00 am - 11:00 pm.
A mobile snack cart offers snacks, salads, ice cream, and fruits in the high season from 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm (from Summer 2027).

Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from 1/1/2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is payable by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is staggered from 1/1/2025 between 0.50 Euro - 15 Euro per day and room.
