Location

The Portes Theros Hotel, newly built for the summer of 2025, welcomes guests aged 16 and over as a 5-star hotel. The sandy beach with its turquoise blue sea can be reached after a short walk (approx. 70 m). The view of Mount Olympus and breathtaking sunsets invite you to dream. The towns of Nea Potidea and Nea Moudania can each be reached in just a few minutes by car.
Thessaloniki Airport is about 55 km away. A bus stop is just 50 m away.

The modern design, combined with light and natural colors, creates a wonderful feel-good atmosphere. Additionally, its pleasant size, with 75 rooms spread across 5 buildings of 2-3 floors each, leaves plenty of space for peace and relaxation. Amenities include a reception with a lobby and lobby bar, and a TV lounge.
The grounds, covering almost 1.5 hectares, offer an oasis of relaxation with a spacious garden, sun terrace, and pool. At the main pool, a pool bar provides refreshments and snacks. On the way toward the beach, the drinks station offers refreshments to go. For maximum comfort, orders are taken on the beach and served directly to the sunbeds. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included both at the pool and at the beach. Wi-Fi is included in the public areas.

Double room pool view

The bright and spacious double rooms are equipped with a double bed and offer every comfort. They feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, smart satellite TV, Bluetooth speakers, telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee, included when booking All Inclusive Plus), espresso machine, and kettle. From the furnished balcony, you have a view of the pool and garden (PD/PID).
Also available for single use (PDE/PE).

Double room sharing pool

Located on the ground floor with the same amenities as the double rooms with pool view, these rooms have direct access to a sharing pool. The furnished terrace also offers a sun lounger (SH2/HA2).
Optionally bookable for single use (SH1) or as Type A (SWE).

Half board

Continental breakfast (6:30-7 AM), as well as a breakfast buffet (7-10:30 AM) and dinner (6:30-9:30 PM) in buffet form.
On Sundays, there is a sparkling wine breakfast, and in the evenings, there are various themed evenings in the main restaurant.
Available for an extra charge in the à la carte restaurant with Greek, Mediterranean, and international cuisine.
A bottle of water is included during dinner.
Upon arrival, a glass of sparkling wine, water, or juice is provided as a welcome drink.

Alternatively, lunch or dinner can be enjoyed in the à la carte restaurant with Greek, Mediterranean, and international cuisine (1x per week, minimum stay 7 nights, reservation required).
Furthermore, there is the possibility, as part of the dine-around concept, to have a meal at the sister hotel Portes Lithos Luxury Resort (1x per week, reservation required, approx. 15 minutes' walk away).
On Sundays, there is a sparkling wine breakfast, and in the evenings, there are various themed evenings in the main restaurant.
Between main meals, sandwiches, fruits, cakes, and ice cream are available from 11 AM - 11 PM, and warm snacks from 12 PM - 6 PM.
A selection of coffee and tea specialties, national and international spirits, wine, cocktails, long drinks, and non-alcoholic drinks are available at the respective open bar from 9 AM - 1 AM.
The minibar in the room is refilled daily with soft drinks, water, beer, juice, chips, and nuts.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been tiered from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room since January 1, 2025.
For stays in the high season April 1 - October 31:
