Location

Newly built in summer 2025, the 5-star Portes Theros Hotel welcomes guests aged 16 and over. The sandy beach with its turquoise-blue sea can be reached after a short walk (approx. 70 m). The view of Mount Olympus and the breathtaking sunsets invite you to dream. The towns of Nea Potidea and Nea Moudania are each just a few minutes' drive away.
Thessaloniki Airport is about 55 km away. A bus stop is just 50 m away.

The modern design combined with light and natural colours creates a wonderful atmosphere of well-being. Additionally, its pleasant size with 75 rooms spread across 5 buildings, each with 2-3 floors, leaves plenty of space for rest and relaxation. Amenities include a reception with lobby, lobby bar, and a TV lounge.
The nearly 1.5-hectare grounds offer an oasis of relaxation with a spacious garden, sun terrace, and pool. At the main pool, a pool bar provides refreshments and snacks. On the way to the beach, a drinks station offers refreshments to go. For maximum comfort, orders are taken at the beach and served directly to the sun loungers. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included both at the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi is included in public areas.

Double room pool view

The bright and spacious double rooms are equipped with a double bed and offer every comfort. They feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, individually controlled air conditioning, smart satellite TV, Bluetooth speaker, telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee, included when booking All Inclusive Plus), espresso machine, and kettle. From the furnished balcony, you can look out over the pool and the garden (PD/PID).
Also available for single use (PDE/PE).

Double room sharing pool

Located on the ground floor with the same facilities as the double rooms pool view, these rooms have direct access to a sharing pool. The furnished terrace additionally offers a sun lounger (SH2/HA2).
Optionally available for single use (SH1) or as type A (SWE).

Continental breakfast (6:30-7 am), as well as breakfast buffet (7-10:30 am) and dinner (6:30-9:30 pm) in buffet form.
On Sundays, there is a sparkling wine breakfast, and in the evening, there are various theme nights in the main restaurant.
Available at an additional cost in the à-la-carte restaurant featuring Greek, Mediterranean, and international cuisine.
During dinner, a bottle of water is included.
Upon arrival, there is homemade lemonade, water, and orange juice as a welcome drink.

Furthermore, it is possible to have a meal at the sister hotel Portes Lithos Luxury Resort as part of the dine-around concept (1x per week, reservation required, approx. 15-minute walk away).

Between main meals, sandwiches, fruits, cakes, and ice cream are available from 11 am to 11 pm, and warm snacks are available from 12 pm to 6 pm.
A selection of coffee and tea specialties, national and international spirits, wine, cocktails, long drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages at the respective open bar from 9 am to 1 am.
The minibar in the room is restocked daily with soft drinks, water, beer, juice, wine, chips, and nuts.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from 1 January 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is scaled from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of 1 January 2025.
