Location

The vacation hotel is located in a quiet, picturesque bay directly on a gently sloping sandy beach, which has been awarded the EU "Blue Flag". The hotel shuttle (included, approx. 7 km) runs to the town of Neos Marmaras twice a day. Every Friday, the hotel's own bus travels to the town of Nikiti, which is about 12 km away (included). Thessaloniki Airport is approximately 95 km away.

This stylish beach hotel with approx. 200 rooms has been delighting guests of all ages for many years. Entering the luxurious lobby begins a holiday full of relaxation and wonderful impressions. Amenities include lounges, an elevator, and the bar with the "Horizon" roof garden restaurant (occasionally open in the evenings during the low season), which offers creative, culinary à la carte cuisine. The well-maintained outdoor area features 2 lagoon-style freshwater swimming pools, one of which is near the beach with a separate children's pool (the main pool and children's pool are heated in April, May, and October) and another in the upper area with a whirlpool, situated in a quiet location with a view of the sea. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and beach; bath towels are also provided free of charge. Directly on the beach, there is the "Ammos" beach bar and the "Yialos" beach tavern, which offers traditional Greek à la carte cuisine. Furthermore, there is a wellness center, a mini-market, an amphitheater, and a doctor (at the hotel for a few hours). Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.

Superior Double Room

Attractively and modernly furnished, the rooms feature a double bed with individual air conditioning, a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower cubicle, refrigerator, telephone, 2 satellite TVs, sink, kettle, bathrobes and slippers, safe, and Wi-Fi (all included), insect screens on doors and windows, and a balcony or terrace on the land side (DSU). Optionally bookable with pool/side sea view (2PW/2ID).

Single Room

These are Superior Double Rooms for single use on the land side (DSE) or with pool/side sea view (only bookable for certain periods, 1MP).

Junior Suite schauinsland

With the same size and basic equipment as the Superior Double Rooms, these junior suites additionally feature a visually separated living area. Located on the land side (JL2).

Junior Suite

With the same basic equipment but different decors, the spacious junior suites offer a visually separated living area and, in the bathroom, an additional bathtub and separate shower cubicle, as well as a second evening cleaning service. The rooms have a balcony or terrace on the land side (JS2). Optionally also bookable as Junior Suite Type B (with garden view, J2B), with side sea/pool view (PSJ), or with direct sea view (JFM).

Junior Suite Wellness & Spa

Same basic equipment as the junior suites, but with the additional benefit of free entry to the indoor pool of the spacious wellness and spa area for each adult aged 16 and over (2XR, limited quota, subject to availability).

Junior Suite Swim up

With the same basic equipment as the junior suites, these are located at the upper swimming pool, in a quieter area of the hotel. The Junior Suites with private loungers are on the level of the swimming pool, have 2 private loungers on the terrace, and are just a few steps away from the swimming pool (V2O).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential hazard for young children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, schauinsland-reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Maisonette

Located on the first and second floors and with the same basic equipment as the junior suites, these maisonettes are completely renovated and spacious. Additionally, they feature an espresso capsule machine, a separable bedroom, and a 2nd bathroom with a shower. Balcony with land/garden view (M2). Optionally also bookable with pool/side sea view (PSH).

Deluxe Suite

The renovated, spacious, and luxuriously furnished suites feature a different decor compared to the junior suites, but the same basic equipment, a bedroom separable by a sliding door, and an espresso capsule machine. Balcony/terrace on the land side (SDG). Optionally also with pool/side sea view (PSN).
Optionally also available at the upper swimming pool, in a quieter area of the hotel with 2 private loungers on the terrace and just a few steps away from the swimming pool (X2V).

Suite incl. Spa

The Deluxe Suites are located on the ground floor and additionally offer a seafront terrace with a small, heatable private pool, aqua-bike, and sea view. The luxurious bathroom offers a whirlpool as well as a shower cubicle. Free entry to the spa area's indoor pool for each adult aged 16 and over (S2S).

Meals

Half Board/Full Board

When booking half board, breakfast and dinner are offered as a buffet in the main restaurant "Elia". For full board, lunch is offered as a menu in the "Yialos" tavern.
Meals in the main restaurant "Elia" feature a very rich selection of hot and cold buffets with daily show cooking. Freshly squeezed juices are available at the vitamin buffet in the morning, and freshly cut fruit is prepared in the evening. Through a panoramic glass wall that separates the restaurant and the kitchen, guests can watch the kitchen staff prepare the dishes.
With half board, dinner can optionally also be taken in one of the à la carte restaurants, the "Yialos" tavern. At the "Yialos" tavern, guests can dine à la carte (with an offset of the half board).

Children's program

Separate children's pool (heated in April, May, and October) and playground. In the mini-club, 4 to 12-year-olds are supervised by a multilingual team. In the evening, there is a mini-disco in the amphitheater (or in the children's club). Accompanied by an adult, children can use the heated indoor pool (at certain times, for a fee).

Wellness

In the modern and luxurious "Spa & Health Club", relaxation and recreation are the main focus. A wide range of massages, treatments, and rituals stimulate the senses, rejuvenate the body and mind, and revitalize, thereby enhancing overall well-being.
The extensive offer includes classic back, foot, and facial massages, sports massage, Back Hot Revival, beauty treatments, and aroma, water, and color therapy.
Facilities include a sauna, steam bath, rasul, heated indoor pool with whirlpool, water grotto, and a relaxation zone for unwinding after treatment, as well as a tea and vitamin bar.
All offers and treatments in the spa are for a fee, and access is permitted only to persons aged 16 and over.

Entertainment

In the evenings, there is a Greek folklore night once a week and live music with a changing program 4-6 times a week. A daily sports, activity, and entertainment program for young and old, as well as evening shows in the amphitheater, are offered by an animation team.

The Anthemus Sea Beach Hotel & Spa is actively committed to reducing its ecological footprint. The outdoor car parking spaces and other parts of the hotel have been equipped with photovoltaic systems, which not only provide shade for the parking spaces but also enable an annual reduction of 480 tons of carbon emissions, equivalent to saving 680 trees.
All indoor and outdoor areas of the hotel have been equipped with LED lamps, air conditioning systems have been modernized, and further environmental protection measures have been implemented.

Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 1/1/2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax.

Arrival by car

The hotel is located on Elia beach, about 7 km before the town of Neos Marmaras. From the airport, take the route towards Nea Moudania (approx. 55 km). At the intersection near Nea Moudania, turn right towards Sithonia and follow the road for about 35 km to Nikiti. There, turn right at the intersection towards Neos Marmaras. After about 10 km, the hotel appears on the right side.
