Location

The vacation hotel is quietly located in a picturesque bay, directly on a gently sloping sandy beach awarded the EU "Blue Flag". The hotel bus travels to the town of Neos Marmaras twice a day (included, approx. 7 km). Every Friday, the hotel's own bus travels to the town of Nikiti, which is about 12 km away (included). Thessaloniki Airport is approximately 95 km away.

This stylish beach hotel with approx. 200 rooms has been delighting guests of all ages for many years. Entering the luxurious lobby begins a holiday full of relaxation and wonderful impressions. Amenities include lounges, an elevator, and the Bar with the "Horizon" roof-garden restaurant (occasionally open in the evenings during the off-season), which offers creative à la carte culinary cuisine. The well-kept outdoor area features 2 lagoon-style freshwater swimming pools, one of which is near the beach with a separate children's pool (the main pool and children's pool are heated in April, May, and October) and one in the upper area with a whirlpool, quietly located and with a view of the sea. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and on the beach, and bath towels are also provided free of charge. Directly on the beach are the "Ammos" beach bar and the "Yialos" beach tavern, which offers traditional Greek à la carte cuisine. There is also a wellness center, a mini-market, an amphitheater, and a doctor (hourly on-site). Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex.

Superior Double Room

Attractively and modernly furnished, the rooms feature a double bed with individual air conditioning, a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower cabin, refrigerator, telephone, 2 satellite TVs, sink, electric kettle, bathrobes and slippers, safe, and Wi-Fi (all included), insect screens on doors and windows, and a balcony or terrace on the land side (DSU). Optionally bookable with pool/side sea view (2PW/2ID).

Single Room

These are Superior Double Rooms for single use on the land side (DSE) or with pool/side sea view (only bookable during certain periods, 1MP).

Junior Suite schauinsland

With the same size and basic features as the Superior Double Rooms, these Junior Suites additionally feature an optically separated living area. Located on the land side (JL2).

Junior Suite

With the same basic features but different decor, the spacious Junior Suites offer an optically separated living area and additionally a bathtub and separate shower cabin in the bathroom, as well as a second housekeeping service in the evening. The rooms have a balcony or terrace on the land side (JS2).
Optionally also bookable as Junior Suite Type B (with garden view, J2B), with side sea/pool view (PSJ), or with frontal sea view (JFM).

Junior Suite Wellness & Spa

With the same basic features as the Junior Suites, but additionally with free entry to the indoor pool of the spacious wellness and spa area per adult from age 16 (2XR, limited capacity, subject to availability).

Junior Suite Swim up

With the same basic features as the Junior Suites, these are located at the upper swimming pool, in the quieter area of the hotel. The Junior Suites priv. loungers are located on the swimming pool level, feature 2 private sun loungers on the terrace, and are only a few steps away from the swimming pool (V2O).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased safety risk for young children.
Therefore, at schauinsland-reisen, a minimum age of 6 years applies for children when booking these room types for safety reasons.

Maisonette

Located on the first and second floors and with the same basic features as the Junior Suites, the maisonettes are completely renovated and spacious. They additionally feature an espresso capsule machine, a separable sleeping area, and a 2nd bathroom with a shower. Balcony with land/garden view (M2). Optionally also bookable with pool/side sea view (PSH).

Deluxe Suite

The renovated, spacious, and luxuriously furnished suites feature the same basic equipment as the Junior Suites, but with different decor, a sleeping area separable by a sliding door, and an espresso capsule machine. Balcony/terrace on the land side (SDG). Optionally also with pool/side sea view (PSN).
Optionally also available at the upper swimming pool, in the quieter area of the hotel with 2 private sun loungers on the terrace and only a few steps from the swimming pool (X2V).

Suite incl. Spa

The Deluxe Suites are located on the ground floor and additionally offer a seafront terrace with a small, heatable private pool, aqua bike, and sea view. The luxurious bathroom offers a whirlpool as well as a shower cabin. Free entry to the spa area's indoor pool per adult from age 16 (S2S).

Meals

Half Board / Half Board Plus / Full Board

When booking half board, breakfast and dinner are offered in buffet style in the main restaurant "Elia", and with full board, lunch is offered as a set menu in the "Yialos" tavern.
Half Board Plus: Additionally includes 1 bottle of still water as well as 1 small beer or 1 glass of house wine or a soft drink per person with dinner.
Meals in the main restaurant "Elia" are offered with very rich warm and cold buffets with daily show cooking. Freshly squeezed juices are prepared at the vitamin buffet in the morning, and freshly cut fruit in the evening. Through a panoramic glass wall that separates the restaurant and kitchen, guests can watch the kitchen staff prepare the dishes.
With half board, dinner can optionally also be taken in one of the à-la-carte restaurants, the "Yialos" tavern. In the "Yialos" tavern, guests can dine à la carte (with offset of the half board).

Children's program

Separate children's pool (heated in April, May, and October) and playground. In the mini-club, 4- to 12-year-olds are supervised by a multilingual team. In the evenings, there is a mini-disco in the amphitheater (or in the kids' club). Accompanied children can use the heated indoor pool (at certain times, for a fee).

Wellness

In the modern and luxurious "Spa & Health Club", relaxation and recovery are the top priorities. The diverse massages, treatments, and rituals stimulate the senses, stimulate the body and mind, and revitalize, thereby strengthening overall well-being.
The extensive range includes classic back, foot, and facial massages, sports massage, Back Hot Revival, beauty treatments, and aroma, water, and color therapy.

Entertainment

In the evenings, there is a Greek folklore night once a week and live music with a changing program 4-6 times a week. A daily sports, activity, and entertainment program for young and old and evening shows in the amphitheater are offered by an animation team.

The outdoor car parking areas as well as other parts of the hotel have been equipped with photovoltaic systems, which not only provides shade for the parking spaces but also enables an annual reduction of 480 tons of carbon emissions, equivalent to saving 680 trees.

Information Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.

Arrival by car

The hotel is located on Elia Beach, about 7 km before the town of Neos Marmaras. From the airport, the route leads towards Nea Moudania (approx. 55 km). At the intersection near Nea Moudania, turn right towards Sithonia and follow the road for about 35 km until Nikiti. There, turn right at the intersection towards Neos Marmaras. After about 10 km, the hotel appears on the right side.
