The modern hotel complex is located in a very quiet area, directly on the stunning beach of Agios Ioannis, known for its shallow, crystal-clear waters. The town of Nikiti is about 5 km away. Thessaloniki Airport is 98 km away.

The hotel, which opened in the summer of 2022, comprises a total of 179 rooms. Facilities include a modern, open-plan reception area with a 24-hour reception. The main restaurant "Ammoa" offers a combination of Greek and international cuisine. For culinary variety, the à la carte restaurant "The Signature" serves Mediterranean cuisine. At the "Kyma" restaurant, located near the beach, guests can enjoy gourmet seafood with a fantastic sea view. The lobby bar offers a stylish atmosphere. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The outdoor area features a swimming pool with a sun terrace, a separate children's pool, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included for guests by the pool and on the beach.

Double room Deluxe side sea view

The modern and beautifully appointed rooms feature individually adjustable air conditioning, a double bed and sofa, pillow menu, minibar, espresso machine (6 capsules included), 50-inch LCD TV, telephone, Wi-Fi (incl.), and a free safe. A bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, scale, bathrobes, and slippers, as well as a balcony or terrace (DD2). Optionally available with side sea view (DDS/2I/ID2) or in the first row to the beach (L2B/W2D/2XN).

Deluxe Room Private Pool

With the same amenities as the Deluxe rooms, these rooms feature a terrace with a private pool (PT2). Optionally available with side sea view (S2L/2LJ) in the first row to the beach (WX2).
"The Deluxe Rooms Private Pool are not supervised by a lifeguard. Please pay close attention to your children when using this area and act responsibly."

Pavilion 2 Bedrooms Private Pool

These rooms are more spacious than the Deluxe rooms and feature 2 separate bedrooms with a king-size bed, and a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed. Terrace with private pool (VL2).

Note for climate resilience contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018, the Greek government has implemented a climate resilience contribution, payable by guests locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room as of 01.01.2025.
For stays during high season (April 1st - October 31st):
