The modern hotel complex is situated in a very quiet location, directly on the stunning Agios Ioannis beach, which is known for its shallow and crystal-clear water. The town of Nikiti is approximately 5 km away. Thessaloniki Airport is 98 km away.

The total of 179 rooms are distributed throughout the hotel complex, which opened in summer 2022. Facilities include a modern, open-plan reception area with 24-hour reception. The main restaurant "Ammoa" offers a combination of Greek and international cuisine. For culinary variety, the à-la-carte restaurant "The Signature" serves Mediterranean cuisine. In the "Kyma" restaurant near the beach, guests can enjoy gourmet seafood with a fantastic view of the sea. The lobby bar offers a stylish atmosphere. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex. In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace, a separate children's pool, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels are included for guests at the pool and on the beach.

Deluxe Double Room Side Sea View

The modern and beautifully designed rooms feature air conditioning (individually adjustable), a double bed and sofa, pillow menu, minibar, espresso machine (6 capsules included), LCD TV (50-inch), telephone, Wi-Fi (included), and a complimentary safe. A bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, scale, bathrobes, and slippers, as well as a balcony or terrace (DD2). Also available with side sea view (DDS/2I/ID2) or in the 1st beach row (L2B/W2D/2XN).

Deluxe Room Private Pool

With the same facilities as the Deluxe rooms, these feature a terrace with a private pool (PT2). Also available with side sea view (S2L/2LJ) in the 1st beach row (WX2).
"The Deluxe Rooms with private pool are not monitored by a lifeguard. Please take particular care of your children when using this area and exercise caution."

Prestige Bungalow

These are more spacious with the same facilities as the Deluxe rooms, are located in the bungalow buildings, and have a side sea view (2BS). Also available with a private pool (BSX).

Pavilion 2 Bedroom Private Pool

These are more spacious with the same facilities as the Deluxe rooms and feature 2 separate bedrooms with a king-size bed, and a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed. Terrace with private pool (VL2).
"The Pavilions with 2 bedrooms and private pool are not monitored by a lifeguard. Please take particular care of your children when using this area and exercise caution."

Meals

Breakfast/Half board

Breakfast in buffet style. With half board, dinner is also included in buffet style in the main restaurant. The à-la-carte restaurants can be used for an extra charge.

Destination information

For stays from Jan 1, 2018, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
