Location

Quietly located in an idyllic hillside setting with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Athos. The beautiful sand/pebble beach, awarded the "Blue Flag" every year, is only about 100m away and can be reached via a pedestrian bridge with stairs. The town of Ouranoupolis, with its many taverns, cafes, and shops, is approx. 2km away; a transfer service is available for a fee. A public bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel. The distance to Thessaloniki airport is approx. 120km. Due to the distance, we offer our guests a direct transfer, which takes approximately 2 hours.

This complex, popular with regular guests and families and featuring an international atmosphere, can be booked as a schauinsland-reisen Original. The hotel is built in the local style and consists of several buildings. Facilities include 266 rooms, a reception, a bar, the main restaurant with a spacious outdoor terrace, a Greek tavern (a la carte), a boutique, and a mini-market. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. In the beautiful, spacious outdoor area, you will find a swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, parasols, and lounge sofas, as well as a pool bar and an amphitheater. The cozy lounge area in the garden has a fantastic sea view and invites you to relax. Sun loungers and parasols are included at both the pool and the beach. Bath towels are available to guests for a deposit and a fee (towel change every 3 days is free of charge). A beach bar belonging to the hotel is available for guests to use. Comfortable lounge furniture provides ideal conditions for relaxing. Parking at the hotel is free of charge.

Double room

These tastefully furnished rooms offer a high level of comfort. They are equipped with a new shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, air conditioning, refrigerator, satellite TV, coffee/tea station (replenished daily), and a balcony or terrace (D/DA).
Some rooms may be located in the basement level.
Optionally available or as Type C with Half Board Plus (DC), with pool/side sea view (PM/2PM), or for single occupancy in the basement with garden/land view (DE).

Double room private pool

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are located on the ground floor and feature an outdoor terrace with sun loungers and a private pool (PPZ).
The double rooms with private pool are not supervised by a lifeguard. Please pay special attention to your children when using this area and exercise caution.

Double room side sea view

Available with the same amenities as the double rooms but with a side sea view (DMS/DIS/AMS/SMB).
Optionally also available with an additional bunk bed (SDO), for single occupancy (DES), as Type F (TF2, limited quota as hotel-only), or as Type C (DSC, with Half Board Plus).

Double room panoramic sea view

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms feature a panoramic sea view (2RA).

Suite

Also modernly furnished like the double rooms, the suites consist of a combined living/bedroom with two sofa beds and a separate bedroom with a double bed. Furthermore, they feature 2 bathrooms with shower/WC as well as a balcony with sea view (S2M/2MA).
Optionally available with the same amenities as a family suite (2FM).

Honeymoon Suite

The suites, which can only be booked for adults, feature an open-plan bathroom with two rain showers, two sinks, WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, beach towels, air conditioning/heating, telephone, 2 satellite TVs, Wi-Fi, safe, mini-fridge, coffee/tea maker, and a furnished balcony with a direct sea view. Wine is provided in the room upon arrival (HS2).

Half Board Plus

Breakfast buffet with show cooking from 7:45 am - 10:30 am. For dinner from 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm, international and local dishes are offered at the varied buffet and at the show cooking stations.
Theme nights take place 3 times a week. Coffee, tea, and juices are included with breakfast, and beer, house wine, soft drinks, juices, tea, and coffee are included with dinner.
For guests arriving after 9:00 pm, a cold platter and a bottle of water are provided in the room.
Continental breakfast is available from 6:30 am - 7:45 am upon request.
Gluten-free and lactose-free dishes are offered. Please contact reception upon arrival.

All inclusive

Breakfast buffet with show cooking from 7:45 am - 10:30 am. Lunch is an international buffet from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. For dinner from 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm, international and local dishes are offered at the varied buffet and at the show cooking stations.
Theme nights take place 3 times a week; ice cream is available with lunch and dinner.
Guests can optionally choose to have lunch or dinner (AI drinks included) in the Greek tavern several times per stay (for stays of 3 nights or more); a reservation is required (3 days in advance). Beverages such as draft beer, house wine, soft drinks, and juices are included; branded drinks are available for an extra charge.
Alternatively, guests can visit the a la carte restaurant for lunch and dinner without a reservation (subject to availability) and receive a 25% discount on food and drinks.
Cake is served at the pool bar from 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
The beach bar serves coffee, soft drinks, and draft beer from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.
The pool bar serves national alcoholic drinks (white, rose, and red wine as well as draft beer) and national alcoholic spirits such as gin, vodka, rum, whiskey, and Greek spirits (ouzo, tsipouro) from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. The pool bar also offers a selection of cocktails and long drinks, as well as non-alcoholic drinks such as soft drinks, juices, iced tea, various coffee specialties from the automatic machine, and tea.
At the main bar, guests can choose from 10 different alcoholic cocktails and 3 non-alcoholic cocktails daily from 6:00 pm - 12:00 am.
For guests arriving after 9:00 pm, a cold platter and a bottle of water are provided in the room.

Sports for a fee

Pool billiards, foosball, water sports such as water skiing, diving, banana boat, and boat rentals through local providers.
Our recommendation: Explore the offshore islands of Ammouliani and Drenia independently. You can take a swim stop at one of the dreamlike beaches. The boats can also be rented without a boat license.

Children's program

Playground at the hotel, separate children's pool, and cots available upon request (included). Children's entertainment (ages 4-12) from June 15th to September 15th.

Destination information

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room starting January 1, 2025.
