Location

The quiet apartment complex is located directly on the small Gouvia bay with a pebble beach. Nearby (approx. 300 m) you will find restaurants and various shopping and entertainment facilities. The distance to Corfu town is only about 8 km, with good bus connections.

Facilities

The well-maintained complex has 58 apartments, a reception (8 am-11 pm), Wi-Fi in the reception area (included), and a restaurant. In the spacious garden with a large sunbathing lawn and shade trees, you'll find the freshwater swimming pool (late April to late October) with an integrated children's pool, sun terrace, and pool/snackbar. Sunbeds are included by the pool and on the beach.

Studio

The studios have a shower/WC, a bedroom, and a living area with a sofa bed and kitchenette (refrigerator, hot plates, microwave, kettle, coffee machine), individually controlled air conditioning, telephone, Wi-Fi (for a fee), a rental safe, satellite TV, and a small terrace (S12).

Apartment

The apartments are located on the ground floor with a veranda and consist of a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed and kitchenette (refrigerator, hot plates, microwave, kettle, coffee machine), a separate bedroom, and a shower/WC. They are equipped with a telephone, individually controlled air conditioning, Wi-Fi (for a fee), satellite TV, and a safe (A12).

Apartment 2 Bedrooms

With the same amenities as the apartments, these have an additional bedroom on an open gallery and are located on the first floor (without a balcony) (A22).

Note on contribution for climate resilience

For stays from 01.01.2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
