Location

The quiet apartment complex is located directly on the small Gouvia swimming bay with its pebble beach. Restaurants as well as various shopping and entertainment venues can be found nearby (approx. 300 m). The distance to Corfu Town is only about 8 km, and there are good bus connections.

Facilities

The well-maintained complex features 58 apartments, a reception (8:00 AM – 11:00 PM), Wi-Fi in the reception area (included), and a restaurant. In the expansive garden with a large lawn for sunbathing and shade-providing trees, you will find a freshwater swimming pool (end of April to end of October) with an integrated children's pool, a sun terrace, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers are included at the pool and on the beach.

Studio

The studios feature a shower/WC, one bedroom, as well as a living area with a sofa bed and kitchenette (refrigerator, hot plates, microwave, kettle, coffee machine), individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, Wi-Fi (for a fee), rental safe, satellite TV, and a small terrace (S12).

Apartment

The apartments are located on the ground floor with a veranda and consist of a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed and kitchenette (refrigerator, hot plates, microwave, kettle, coffee machine), a separate bedroom, and a shower/WC. They are equipped with a telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi (for a fee), satellite TV, and a safe (A12).

Apartment 2 Bedrooms

With the same amenities as the apartments, these feature an additional bedroom on an open gallery and are located on the first floor (without balcony) (A22).

Destination information

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a local tourist tax.
