The spacious Deluxe Double Rooms are located in the main building (Imperial Building) and feature a bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, air conditioning (hot/cold), pillow selection, safe, telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea station, Nespresso machine, and a welcome amenity upon arrival (fresh fruit and still mineral water), as well as a balcony with sea view (DDM).
Also available for single occupancy upon request (DM1).

Panorama Guest Room Sea View

These elegantly furnished rooms are located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the main building (Imperial Building) and, with the same amenities and size as the Deluxe Double Rooms, offer a panoramic sea view (2RA).
Also bookable as Cruise Double Room Sea View with an elevated sea view on the 4th floor (2C2).

Deluxe Suite Sea View

The Deluxe Suites Sea View have been completely renovated. They offer the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms Sea View but with higher quality furnishings and additionally feature a separate living/sleeping area, a bathroom with two sinks, a separate shower, and a separate WC, as well as a walk-in closet. They are located in a prime position on the top floor of the main building with a spacious balcony and a magnificent panoramic view of the sea and the Kommeno peninsula (SDM).
Also bookable as Deluxe Family Suite Sea View for up to 4 people (FDM).

Imperial Suite Sea View

The Imperial Suite Sea View, with the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room Sea View, offers the most breathtaking, spectacular frontal sea view in the resort and is located in the main building on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. The bathroom has a marble effect and is equipped with a bathtub. There is an open wardrobe, and the living area has a dining table. Both the living room and the bedroom provide access to the spacious balcony (MSI).

Imperial Suite 2 Bedrooms Sea View

The magnificent, extremely luxuriously furnished suites, with the same amenities as the Imperial Suite Sea View, feature an additional separate bedroom and 2 marble bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a walk-in shower). They are located in the main building on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors and offer the most impressive frontal sea view (2ZM).

Bungalow Deluxe Sea View 1st Floor

The comfortable Bungalow Deluxe Sea View are located in the "Garden Collection" area in a block of four bungalows on the first floor with ground-level access and offer the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms Sea View. The bathroom is equipped with either a shower or a bathtub. A few steps lead from the entrance area to the sleeping and living area. A relaxing balcony setup makes the stay unforgettable while enjoying the view of the Ionian Sea (2BM).

Panorama Bungalow Sea View

Located in the "Garden Collection" area on the 1st floor, these rooms have the same amenities as the Bungalow Deluxe Sea View, but are situated further down the resort grounds. They feature a balcony with seating and a quiet view of the Ionian Sea. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. From the entrance area with a large wardrobe, a few steps lead to the sleeping and living area. These rooms are located in one of the quietest areas of the resort with a beautiful sea view, as they are situated on the waterfront (B2M).

Swim Up Junior Bungalow Suite

The comfortable Junior Bungalow Suites are part of the "Garden Collection" and feature the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms. The bathroom is equipped with either a shower or a bathtub. From the entrance area with a large wardrobe, a few steps lead to the sleeping and living area. The terrace is equipped with daybeds and seating and offers direct access to the sharing pool with sea view, which is shared with 4 bungalows (2J2).
The sharing pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Please be particularly mindful of your children when using this area and act with caution.

Family Bungalow Open Plan Sharing Pool

The newly renovated Family Bungalows Open Plan are part of the "Garden Collection", located in the lower part of the gardens on the ground floor, and feature the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms. The bathroom is equipped with either a shower or a bathtub. From the entrance area with a large wardrobe, a few steps lead to the sleeping and living area. The terrace with seating provides access to the sharing pool, surrounded by sun loungers (2F4).
The sharing pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Please be particularly mindful of your children when using this area and act with caution.

Family Bungalow Swim Up

The Family Bungalows Swim Up are ideal for families. With the same amenities as the Bungalow Deluxe Sea View, they additionally feature two sofa beds. From the furnished terrace, there is direct access to the sharing pool (FSU).
The sharing pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Please be particularly mindful of your children when using this area and act with caution.

Boschetto Junior Family Suite

These suites have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms and are located in the "Boschetto Building" on the ground floor (open plan) or on the 1st and 2nd floors (with two separate sleeping areas). The building exclusively offers family accommodation, is located about 150 m from the main building, and has its own pool area, making it ideal for families with children and teenagers.
The rooms have an open wardrobe, a shower, and a variety of amenities for children upon request. A Clubcar service is available 24/7 (JS2).

Boschetto Family Suite

The extremely spacious and comfortable Boschetto Family Suites are also located in the "Boschetto Building" and offer the same amenities as the Boschetto Junior Family Suite. They are located on the ground floor or on the 1st and 2nd floors, feature a separate bedroom, a furnished balcony or terrace, an open wardrobe, a shower, and a variety of amenities for children upon request. A Clubcar service is available 24/7 (2FS).

Boschetto Apartment 2 Bedrooms

These extremely comfortable Boschetto Apartments are also located in the "Boschetto area" on the ground floor or on the 1st and 2nd floors and feature 2 separate bedrooms, a terrace or a balcony. They have an open wardrobe, 2 bathrooms with shower, and a variety of amenities for children upon request. A Clubcar service is available 24/7 (A22).

Junior Suite Waterfront

The Junior Suite Waterfront is part of the "Garden Collection" and is located in one of the quietest areas of the resort, further down in the gardens, with a beautiful sea view as it is situated on the waterfront. With otherwise the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, the bathroom is equipped with either a shower or a bathtub. From the entrance area with a large wardrobe, a few steps lead to the sleeping and living area. The terrace with seating leads to the garden equipped with sun loungers (JWF).

Junior Bungalow Suite Waterfront

The Junior Bungalow Suite Waterfront is located in the heart of the resort, directly on the beach, adjacent to the Beachfront Villas. They are more spacious and open-plan. From the entrance area with a large wardrobe, a few steps lead to the sleeping and living area. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. The suites also feature a terrace with a garden area, sea view, and direct access to the beach (B2W).

Beachfront Villa 2 Bedrooms private Pool

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room Sea View, these are laid out over two floors in a maisonette style. The lower level features a living area with a dining table and desk, as well as a bathroom. The upper level has two adjacent, combined living/sleeping areas (separated by a connecting door), each with a double bed and its own bathroom (shower/WC), and a balcony per room. The villas offer direct sea view and have a terrace with a private pool (2VJ).
Each villa is uniquely designed and amenities may vary.
The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Please be particularly mindful of your children when using this area and act with caution.

Waterfront Villa 2 Bedrooms private Pool

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room Sea View, these are larger, newly renovated, and consist of a living area and two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and two bathrooms. The villas offer direct sea view and have a terrace with a private pool and direct access to the sea (VPW).
Each villa is uniquely designed and amenities may vary.
The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Please be particularly mindful of your children when using this area and act with caution.

Roc Villa 2 Bedrooms private Pool Waterfront Sea Deck

The 80 m² luxury retreat villa with a 50-70 m² outdoor area is located directly on the water and offers a direct sea view. It spans two levels and includes 2 bedrooms, a dressing room, and 2 bathrooms - the lower one is modern with 2 sinks and a separate shower, while the upper one is in a classic style with a bathtub. These villas also feature a private swimming pool and a private sea terrace for ultimate relaxation (RVW).
The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Please be particularly mindful of your children when using this area and act with caution.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which is to be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
