Panorama Guest Room Sea View

These elegantly furnished rooms are located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the main building (Imperial Building) and, with the same size and amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, offer a panoramic sea view (2RA).

Deluxe Suite Sea View

The Deluxe Suites Sea View are completely renovated. Along with the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room Sea View, they offer higher-quality furniture, an additional separate living/bedroom, a bathroom with double sinks, a separate shower, a separate WC, and a walk-in wardrobe. They are in a prime location on the top floor of the main building with a spacious balcony and magnificent panoramic views of the sea and the Kommeno peninsula (SDM).
Also bookable as a Deluxe Family Suite Sea View with occupancy up to 4 people (FDM).

Imperial Suite Sea View

The Imperial Suite Sea View, with the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room Sea View, features the most breathtaking and spectacular frontal view of the sea in the resort and is located in the main building on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. The bathroom is designed with a marble effect and equipped with a bathtub. There is an open-plan wardrobe, and the living area includes a dining table. The spacious balcony is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom (MSI).

Imperial Suite 2 BR Sea View

These magnificent, extremely luxuriously furnished suites, with the same amenities as the Imperial Suite Sea View, feature an additional separate bedroom and 2 marble bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a walk-in shower). They are located in the main building on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors and offer the most impressive frontal views of the sea (2ZM).

Bungalow Deluxe Sea View 1st Floor

The comfortable Bungalow Deluxe Sea View rooms are located in the "Garden Collection" area in a block of four bungalows on the first floor with ground-level access, offering the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room Sea View. The bathroom is equipped with either a shower or a bathtub, and a few steps lead from the entrance area into the sleeping and living area. Relaxing balcony furniture makes the stay unforgettable while enjoying views of the Ionian Sea (2BM).

Panorama Bungalow Sea View

Also located in the "Garden Collection" area on the 1st floor with the same amenities as the Bungalow Deluxe Sea View, but situated further down in the resort grounds. They feature a balcony with a seating area and peaceful views of the Ionian Sea. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub; a few steps lead from the entrance area with a large wardrobe into the sleeping and living area. This room category is located in one of the quietest parts of the resort with beautiful sea views, as it is positioned along the shore (B2M).

Swim Up Junior Bungalow Suite

The comfortable Junior Bungalow Suites are part of the "Garden Collection" and feature the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms. The bathroom is equipped with either a shower or a bathtub, and a few steps lead from the entrance area with a large wardrobe into the sleeping and living area. The terrace is furnished with daybeds and a seating area and has direct access to the sharing pool with a sea view, which is shared among 4 bungalows (2J2).

Family Bungalow Swim Up

The Family Bungalows Swim Up are ideal for families. Along with the same amenities as the Bungalow Deluxe Sea View, they additionally feature two sofa beds. There is direct access to the sharing pool from the furnished terrace (FSU).

Boschetto Junior Family Suite

These feature the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms and are located in the "Boschetto Building" on the ground floor (open plan) or on the 1st and 2nd floors (with two separate sleeping areas). The building exclusively offers family accommodations, is situated about 150 m from the main building, and has its own pool area, making it ideal for families with children and teenagers.
The rooms have an open-plan wardrobe, a shower, and a variety of amenities for children upon request. A club car service is available 24/7 (JS2).

The extremely spacious and comfortable Boschetto Family Suites are also located in the "Boschetto Building" and offer the same amenities as the Boschetto Junior Family Suite. They are situated on the ground floor or on the 1st and 2nd floors, feature a separate bedroom, a furnished balcony or terrace, an open-plan wardrobe, a shower, and a variety of amenities for children upon request. Boschetto Apartment 2 BR

These extremely comfortable Boschetto Apartments are also located in the "Boschetto Area" on the ground floor or on the 1st and 2nd floors and feature 2 separate bedrooms and a terrace or balcony. Junior Suite Waterfront

The Waterfront Junior Suite is part of the "Garden Collection" and is located in one of the quietest parts of the resort further down in the gardens, with beautiful views of the sea as it is positioned along the shore. With otherwise the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, the bathroom is equipped with either a shower or a bathtub, and a few steps lead from the entrance area with a large wardrobe into the sleeping and living area. The terrace with a seating area provides access to the garden, which is equipped with sun loungers (JWF).

Junior Bungalow Suite Waterfront

The Waterfront Junior Bungalow Suite is located in the heart of the resort, in the first row on the beach, adjacent to the Beachfront Villas. They are more spacious and open-plan; a few steps lead from the entrance area with a large wardrobe into the sleeping and living area. The bathroom features a shower and a bathtub. The suites also have a terrace with a garden area, sea view, and direct access to the beach (B2W).

Beachfront Villa 2 BR Private Pool

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room Sea View, these are arranged on two floors in a maisonette style. On the lower level, there is a living area with a dining table and desk as well as a bathroom. On the upper level, there are two side-by-side combined living/sleeping areas (separated by a connecting door), each with a double bed and its own bathroom (shower/WC) as well as a balcony per room. The villas offer a direct sea view and feature a terrace with a private pool (2VJ).

Roc Villa 2 BR Private Pool Waterfront Sea Deck

The villa is an 80 m² luxury retreat with a 50-70 m² outdoor area, located directly at the water's edge, and offers a direct view of the sea. It extends over two levels and includes 2 bedrooms, a dressing room, and 2 bathrooms—the lower area is modern with 2 sinks and a separate shower, while the upper level is classically styled and equipped with a bathtub. These villas also feature their own swimming pool and a private sea deck for ultimate relaxation (RVW).

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount is determined by the type/category of accommodation and has been tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per room per day since January 1, 2025.
