Location

The modern and spacious hotel complex is situated in a quiet location directly on the approximately 400 m long, natural pebble beach of Agios Fokas with crystal-clear water. Wearing bathing shoes is recommended. The center of Kos Town is about 7 km away. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel, and the airport is reachable after about 32 km.

The complex consists of a total of 256 rooms and is comprised of a main building and several hillside annexes with suites and bungalows that offer a fantastic view of the sea. Clear colors and modern lines characterize the appearance of the complex, where modernity and tradition combine in a particularly pleasant way in every area.
The main building houses the lobby with a 24-hour reception, a luggage room, a TV lounge, a reading corner, a buffet restaurant, and the main bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.
The spacious outdoor area offers three swimming pools located on different levels, a whirlpool, as well as sun terraces with sun loungers and parasols, which are available free of charge. The offer is complemented by a pool bar, two relaxation lounges for adults only with drink service, an à la carte restaurant with Italian cuisine (reservation required), and a souvenir shop with a mini-market.
Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are available free of charge both at the pool and on the beach.

Double room sea view

The double rooms with sea view feature a white design and are located either in the main building or on the first floor of the bungalows with a beautiful view of the sea.
The high-quality furnishings include a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, high-quality care products, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, a 43'' LCD TV with international channels, direct-dial telephone, safe, mini-fridge, espresso machine, kettle, coffee/tea station, and a balcony. A high-quality mattress, quality pillows, and luxurious cotton bed linen ensure a restful sleep (DM). Optionally bookable for single use (DEM).

Bungalow garden view

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these bungalows feature an additional seating area amidst the gardens. They were built in the wonderful, well-kept gardens with a view of the Aegean Sea and offer a very modern white design. They are larger than the double rooms and feature a large furnished terrace with garden view (B2A). Also optionally bookable with sea view (B2M/B2I).

Bungalow beachfront

With the same amenities as the bungalows with garden view, these are located in the first row to the beach without an additional seating area amidst the gardens. Sun loungers and a furnished terrace are additionally available (2BB).

Family suite 2 bedrooms sea view

With the same amenities as the double rooms with sea view, these feature two separate bedrooms, two separate WCs, 2x 43'' LCD Smart TVs in the bedrooms, and an espresso machine. They are located in an annex building in a preferred position and overlook the pool and the sea. With a balcony or terrace (22L).
Upon booking, guests can enjoy the following amenities:

Junior suite sea view

The junior suites with sea view are located in the annex building and have the same amenities as the double rooms with sea view. The premium junior suites are located in the annex building and have the same amenities as the double rooms with sea view. They are more spacious and offer a separate bedroom with an additional sofa bed in the lounge area, two LCD TVs, an espresso machine, and a furnished balcony or terrace (P2J).
Optionally bookable with sea view for an additional charge (E2J/JMA).

Early bird breakfast from 6:30-7 am (by prior reservation).
Breakfast can be taken either from 7-10:30 am in the main restaurant or from 8-10:30 am in the "Thalasa & Alati Restaurant", each in buffet form with show cooking.
Lunch takes place in buffet form in the main restaurant or in buffet form with BBQ specialties in the "Thalasa & Alati Restaurant" (12:30-2:30 pm).
Dinner in buffet form in the main restaurant (6:30-9:30 pm) or in the "Thalasa & Alati" or optionally in the à la carte restaurant. With a minimum stay of 7 nights, dinner in the à la carte restaurant is included once per week (drinks also included, reservation required).
Snacks, fresh fruit, desserts, and ice cream from 10:30 am-5:30 pm, midnight snacks (11 pm-12 am). Water, coffee, tea, soft drinks, house wine, draft beer, local and selected international alcoholic drinks, and cocktails at the respective open bar from 9 am-12:45 am.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.

Sports included

Yoga, stretching, and water gymnastics are offered.
The fitness room (for ages 16 and up), as well as the basketball court, mini-soccer field, and the tennis court (hard court) can be used at the neighboring Michelangelo Resort & Spa hotel. Prior reservation is required.

Sports for a fee

Bicycles are available subject to availability. Water sports facilities such as diving and kitesurfing are located about 2 km away, horse riding opportunities about 15 km away. All activities are offered by local providers.

Additionally, various massages are offered, including outdoor massages, as well as manicures in a pavilion at the Dimitra Beach Hotel & Suites. A hairdresser, beauty salon, and other treatments are located at the neighboring sister hotel, Michelangelo Resort & Spa. Admission is permitted from 16 years of age.
