Location

The modern and spacious hotel complex is located in a quiet area, directly on the approximately 400 m long, natural pebble beach of Agios Fokas with crystal-clear water. Wearing swim shoes is recommended. The center of Kos Town is about 7 km away. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel, and the airport is reachable after about 32 km.

The complex consists of 256 rooms in total and is comprised of a main building as well as several annexes built on a hillside with suites and bungalows, offering a fantastic view of the sea. Clear colors and modern lines define the appearance of the facility, where modernity and tradition combine in a particularly pleasant way in every area.
The main building houses the lobby with 24-hour reception, luggage storage, a TV lounge, a reading corner, a buffet restaurant, and the main bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex.
The spacious outdoor area features three swimming pools located on different levels, a whirlpool, and sun terraces with loungers and sunshades, which are available free of charge. The offer is complemented by a pool bar, two relaxation lounges exclusively for adults with beverage service, an à la carte restaurant with Italian cuisine (reservation required), as well as a souvenir shop with a mini-market.
Loungers, sunshades, and beach towels are available free of charge at both the pool and the beach.

Double Room Sea View

The Double Rooms with sea view in a white design are located either in the main building or on the first floor of the bungalows with a beautiful view of the sea.
High-quality amenities include a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, premium toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, 43'' LCD TV with international channels, direct-dial telephone, safe, mini-fridge, espresso machine, kettle, coffee/tea station, and balcony. High-quality mattresses, quality pillows, and luxurious cotton bed linen ensure a restful sleep (DM). Also available for single use (DEM).

Bungalow Garden View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the bungalows offer an additional seating area amidst the gardens. They were built in the wonderful, well-maintained garden landscape with a view of the Aegean and offer a very modern white design. They are larger than the double rooms and feature a large furnished terrace with garden view (B2A). Also available with sea view (B2M/B2I).

Bungalow Beachfront

With the same amenities as the bungalows with garden view, these are located in the first beach row without an additional seating area amidst the gardens. Sun loungers and a furnished terrace are additionally provided (2BB).

Family Suite 2 Bedrooms Sea View

Same amenities as the Double Rooms Sea View, but with two separate bedrooms, two separate WCs, 2x 43'' LCD Smart TVs in the bedrooms, as well as an espresso machine. They are located in the annex in a preferred location overlooking the pool and the sea. With balcony or terrace (22L).

Junior Suite Sea View

The Premium Junior Suites are located in the annex and feature the same amenities as the Double Rooms Sea View. They are more spacious and offer a separate bedroom with an additional sofa bed in the lounge area, two LCD TVs, an espresso machine, and a furnished balcony or terrace (P2J).
Also available with sea view for an additional charge (E2J/JMA).

Early bird breakfast from 6:30-7 am (upon prior reservation).
Breakfast can be enjoyed from 7-10:30 am in the main restaurant or from 8-10:30 am at the "Thalasa & Alati Restaurant," both in buffet form with show cooking.
Lunch is served in buffet style in the main restaurant or as a buffet with BBQ specialties in the "Thalasa & Alati Restaurant" (12:30-2:30 pm).
Dinner is served in buffet form in the main restaurant (6:30-9:30 pm) or at the "Thalasa & Alati" or optionally in the à la carte restaurant. For a minimum stay of 7 nights, dinner at the à la carte restaurant is included once per week (drinks also included, reservation required).
Snacks, fresh fruit, desserts, and ice cream from 10:30 am-5:30 pm, midnight snacks (11 pm-12 am). Water, coffee, tea, soft drinks, house wine, draft beer, local and selected international alcoholic beverages, and cocktails are available at the respective open bar from 9 am-12:45 am.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.

Bicycles are available subject to availability. Water sports such as diving and kitesurfing are located about 2 km away; horseback riding opportunities are about 15 km away. All activities are provided by local operators.

For children, there are three children's pools, a mini club for ages 4 to 12 (several hours daily, 6x per week), a mini disco, and a playground.

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience levy, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
