The Adults Only hotel Theros All Suites, newly built for summer 2022 and bookable for guests aged 16 and over, is located in the popular resort of Lambi, approximately 120m from the pebble beach. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the immediate vicinity. Kos Airport is about 22 km away.

The modern complex has 88 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception, lobby, luggage room, and a buffet restaurant (Greek/Mediterranean cuisine) with show cooking. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with sun terrace and pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are available free of charge. Parking is available at the hotel depending on availability and is included. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel complex.

These Grand Junior Suites have the same amenities and are located on the upper floors, featuring a terrace with a seating area, a hammock, and a private roof garden (J2B) available for booking.

The Suite Swim Up rooms have the same amenities as the Junior Suites, with a terrace, seating area, and access to a shared pool for 4 rooms (SPS).

Suite Private Pool

These suites have the same amenities as the Junior Suites, with a private outdoor pool and sun loungers, as well as a terrace with a seating area, hanging chair, and comfortable daybed (SP2).

These suites have the same amenities as the Junior Suites, with a shower leading to the outdoor area, a large wardrobe, and a living area with a sofa, as well as a private pool and a terrace with a seating area, hanging chair, and comfortable daybed (1 room; 2RN).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euros per day and room from 01/01/2025.
