The adults-only hotel Theros All Suites, newly built in summer 2022 and bookable from the age of 16, is located in the popular area of Lambi, approximately 120 m from the pebble beach. Shopping and entertainment options can be found in the immediate vicinity. Kos Airport is approximately 22 km away.

The modern complex features 88 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception, lobby, luggage storage, and a buffet restaurant (Greek/Mediterranean cuisine) with show cooking. The well-maintained outdoor area features a swimming pool with a sun terrace and pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and at the beach. The Swim Up suites feature the same amenities as the junior suites, plus a terrace with a seating area and access to a shared pool for 4 rooms (SPS).

Destination information: Climate Resilience Tax

For stays from 1.1.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience tax, which is to be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
