Location

Quietly located in Lambi, just a few meters from the beach, the Aeolos Beach Hotel impresses with its wonderful view of the Aegean Sea and is perfect for long, dreamlike walks along the shore. Kos Town is only 4.5 km away, and the airport is approximately 27 km away. Thus, the resort is the ideal choice for a relaxing and varied holiday. A bus stop is located about 150 m away.

The beautiful hotel complex of Aeolos Beach, which was partially renovated in 2025, offers a total of 228 rooms. Indoors, a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant, a hotel bar for the Superior and Premium bungalows, a sun terrace, the "Tranquillo" restaurant (open depending on weather), a TV room, and a mini-market with an integrated souvenir shop are available. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel complex.
In the spacious outdoor area, there is an activity swimming pool with a separate children's pool and whirlpool. Additionally, a relaxation pool is available for guests of the Superior and Premium bungalows. Further amenities in the outdoor area include a sun terrace, the "Zephyros" grill, and a pool and snack bar.
Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the sunbathing lawn. Sun loungers by the second pool in the premium area are exclusively reserved for guests of the Premium bungalows. Bath towels are available for a deposit. Parking spaces are available free of charge at the hotel.

Accommodation

Double Room Sea View Select Renovated

The friendly furnished rooms have been renovated since Summer 2023 and are spread across the 3 floors of the main building. They feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, air conditioning (seasonal/hourly), telephone, mini-fridge, coffee/tea maker, flat-screen satellite TV, twin beds (no double beds), safe, and a furnished balcony with sea view (DM).
Also available for single use (DEM/AME).

Bungalow Sea View

These are located in the bungalow buildings with a balcony and have a bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, mini-fridge, flat-screen satellite TV, twin beds (no double beds), safe, and sea view (WF2).
Also available for single use (WF1/B1M).

Bungalow Superior Renovated

The Bungalow Superior (2BU) are located in the garden area. The rooms offer a spacious bathroom with a shower, toiletries, a cosmetic mirror, and a telephone in the bathroom, as well as mosquito nets, 24-hour air conditioning, a free safe, a large flat HD TV with USB connection, and a coffee/tea making facility. A bottle of water is provided upon arrival.

Premium Bungalow Sea View

The also renovated Premium Bungalow Sea View have the same amenities and features as the Bungalow Superior and offer a magnificent sea view. The spacious bathroom has a separate toilet and a separate rain shower, and additionally, reserved sun loungers are available at the relaxation pool (B2R, bookable for ages 12 and up). Also available for single use (B1R).

Junior Suite Plunge Pool Renovated

The Junior Suites Plunge Pool (ZJP) have been renovated for Summer 2025 and are more spacious with an open sleeping area and a seating area. They are located on the first floors of the bungalow buildings near the beach and, apart from the same amenities as the Bungalow Superior, feature a bathroom with a rain shower, double sink, scale, slippers, bathrobes (on request), mini-fridge (daily refilled with 1 bottle of water), and a terrace with sun loungers and a private plunge pool with whirlpool function. A bottle of Prosecco and fruit are provided upon arrival. A free club car service (subject to availability) is also available.
The plunge pool is not supervised; guests are asked to behave responsibly and pay close attention when using this area.

The main restaurant offers an American breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet. For dinner, there is a salad bar, a selection of main courses, desserts, and ice cream. All dishes are freshly prepared in the new and modern kitchen. There are two theme nights per week. Local Greek and international dishes are offered.
Breakfast: 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM / Late Risers' Breakfast: 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM (continental breakfast buffet). (Early bird breakfast available on request locally)
Light Lunch: 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM, Coffee and cake from 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM, and ice cream from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM at the pool bar. Gyros at the Zephyros Grill (in high season) from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
Dinner: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM with show cooking in high season.
Drinks such as coffee, tea, house wine, local draft beer, soft drinks, still water, cocktail of the day, Ouzo, and local alcoholic beverages (Vodka and Gin) are available at the pool bar from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. In the low season, this is from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, depending on the weather.

Sports included

Mini football and beach volleyball. Accessories for tennis, mini-golf, and table tennis are available for a deposit.

Information on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience levy, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room, tiered from 01.01.2025.
For stays in high season 01.04.-31.10.
