Location

Quietly located in Lambi, just a few meters from the beach, the Aeolos Beach Hotel features a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea and is perfect for long, dreamlike beach walks. Kos Town is just 4.5 km away. The airport is approx. 27 km away. This makes the resort the ideal choice for a relaxing and varied holiday. A bus stop is located approx. 150 m away.

The beautiful Aeolos Beach hotel complex, partially renovated in 2025, has a total of 228 rooms. The indoor area features a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant, a hotel bar for Superior and Premium bungalows, a sun terrace, the "Tranquillo" restaurant (open subject to weather conditions), a TV room, and a mini-market with an integrated souvenir shop. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel complex.
The spacious outdoor area features an active swimming pool with a separate children's pool and whirlpool. Additionally, a relax pool is available for guests staying in Superior and Premium bungalows. Further outdoor amenities include a sun terrace, the "Zephyros" grill, and a pool and snack bar.
Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and on the lawn. The loungers at the second pool in the Premium area are reserved exclusively for guests staying in Premium bungalows. Pool towels are available for a deposit. Parking is available at the hotel free of charge.

Double Room Sea View Select Renovated

The friendly furnished rooms were renovated in summer 2023 and are spread over the 3 floors of the main building. They feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, air conditioning (seasonal/hourly), telephone, mini-fridge, coffee/tea maker, flat-screen satellite TV, twin beds (no double beds), safe, and a furnished balcony with sea view (DM).
Also available for single occupancy (DEM/AME).

Bungalow Sea View

These are located in the bungalow buildings with a balcony and feature a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, mini-fridge, flat-screen satellite TV, twin beds (no double beds), safe, and sea view (WF2).
Also available for single occupancy (WF1/B1M).

Bungalow Superior Renovated

The Superior Bungalows (2BU) are located in the garden area. The rooms offer a spacious bathroom with a shower, toiletries, a vanity mirror, and a telephone in the bathroom, as well as mosquito nets, 24-hour air conditioning, a free safe, a large flat-screen HD TV with USB connection, and coffee/tea-making facilities. A bottle of water is provided upon arrival.

Premium Bungalow Sea View

The renovated Premium Bungalows with sea view offer the same facilities and amenities as the Superior Bungalows and enjoy a magnificent sea view. The spacious bathroom offers a separate WC and a separate rain shower. Additionally, reserved sun loungers are available at the relax pool (B2R, bookable for guests aged 12+). Also available for single occupancy (B1R).

Junior Suite Plunge Pool Renovated

The Junior Suites with Plunge Pool (ZJP) were renovated in summer 2025 and are more spacious, with an open-plan sleeping area and seating area. The rooms are located on the ground floors of the bungalow buildings near the beach and, besides the same amenities as the Superior Bungalows, feature a bathroom with rain shower, double vanity, scales, slippers, bathrobes (upon request), mini-fridge (replenished daily with 1 bottle of water), and a terrace with sun loungers and a private plunge pool with whirlpool function. A bottle of Prosecco and fruit are provided upon arrival. Additionally, a complimentary club car service is available (subject to availability).
The plunge pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for cautious behavior and special attention when using this area.

The main restaurant offers an American breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet. For dinner, there is a salad bar, a selection of main courses, as well as desserts and ice cream. All dishes are prepared fresh in the new, modern kitchen. There are two themed buffets per week. Local Greek and international dishes are served.
Breakfast: 7:30 AM–9:30 AM / Late-riser breakfast: 9:30 AM–10:30 AM (continental breakfast buffet). (Early-bird breakfast available upon request on site)
Light lunch: 12:30 PM–2 PM, coffee and cake from 10 AM–10 PM, and ice cream from 2 PM–5 PM at the pool bar. Gyros at the Zephyros Grill (during high season) from 12 PM–4 PM.
Dinner: 6 PM–9 PM with show cooking in high season.
Drinks such as coffee, tea, house wine, local draft beer, soft drinks, still water, cocktail of the day, Ouzo, and local alcoholic beverages (vodka and gin) are available to guests at the pool bar from 10 AM–11 PM. In the low season, subject to weather conditions, from 10 AM–6 PM.

Sports included

Mini-football and beach volleyball. For tennis, mini-golf, and table tennis, equipment is available for a deposit.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
For stays in high season (April 1–October 31):
