The family-friendly and comfortable 4-star Sandy Beach Hotel is located just 50 m from the gently sloping sandy beach of Marmari, which can be reached via the coastal road. Restaurants, taverns, and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. A bus stop is located in front of the hotel.
The airport is approximately 15 km away.

The well-maintained complex is impressive due to its diverse offerings and excellent service. In addition to a total of 239 rooms and suites, the hotel features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, satellite TV room, main restaurant with terrace, Italian restaurant, Greek tavern (drinks not included here), bar, cocktail bar, waffle shop, mini-market, and boutique. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel grounds.
In the beautifully landscaped garden, 2 freshwater swimming pools provide refreshment, and the sun terraces with 2 pool bars invite you to linger. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge at the pool and beach, and pool towels are provided free of charge. These can be changed free of charge every four days; an earlier exchange is possible for a fee. There is also a water park with 3 slides for both adults and children.

Following modernization in summer 2024, these rooms feature a fresher design and additional amenities. They are located in the main building and offer bath/WC with cosmetic mirror and toiletries, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning (included), additional ceiling fan, 54-inch flatscreen TV with HDMI connection, full-length mirror, telephone, safe, mini-fridge (filled daily with 2 small bottles of water), coffee and tea making facilities (daily replenishment), and a balcony or terrace (DSU/DSI). Optionally bookable for single use (DSE).
Optionally also bookable with side sea view (D2S).

Double room Superior Sharing Pool

The Double Room Superior Sharing Pool features a freshly renovated living/bedroom area. The private terrace invites you to relax with a table and 2 chairs as well as sun loungers, and it has direct access to the pool. In addition to the same amenities as the standard double rooms, they offer bathrobes and slippers, a ceiling fan, a coffee/tea corner with an espresso machine (daily replenishment with coffee, tea, and 4 coffee capsules), and daily replenishment of the minibar with 2 bottles of water, soft drinks, juice, and beer (P2H/2SH/SI/OO2, bookable from 15 years old). Optionally bookable for single use (P1H).

Junior Suite sea side

The junior suites, renovated in 2023, are more spacious and feature a sofa bed alongside a visual partition. In addition to the same amenities as the standard double rooms, they offer bathrobes and slippers, a ceiling fan, a coffee/tea corner with an espresso machine (daily replenishment with coffee, tea, and 4 coffee capsules), and daily replenishment of the minibar with 2 bottles of water, soft drinks, juice, and beer. They are located on the sea side (JL2/JSF).

Family room Superior

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are more spacious and feature a separate bedroom with a connecting door (F2U/BFS).

Breakfast (7:30-10:30 a.m.) as a rich buffet in the main restaurant; Sundays with sparkling wine and crêpes. Early-bird breakfast (5-7 a.m.) available as a continental buffet upon request.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room starting January 1, 2025.
