The family-friendly and comfortable 4-star Sandy Beach Hotel is located just 50 meters from the fine, gently sloping sandy beach of Marmari, which can be reached via the coastal road. Restaurants, tavernas, and shops are in the vicinity. A bus stop is located in front of the hotel.

The very well-maintained complex impresses with its diverse offerings and excellent service. In addition to a total of 239 rooms and suites, the hotel has a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a satellite TV room, a main restaurant with a terrace, an Italian restaurant, a Greek taverna (drinks not included here), a bar, a cocktail bar, a waffle shop, a mini-market, and a boutique. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex.
In the beautifully landscaped garden area, 2 freshwater swimming pools provide refreshment, and the sun terraces with 2 pool bars invite you to relax. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach; bath towels are provided free of charge. These can be changed free of charge every four days; an earlier change is possible for a fee. There is also a water park with 3 slides for all ages.

They are located in the main building and have a bathroom/WC with a cosmetic mirror and toiletries, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning (included), an additional ceiling fan, a 54-inch flatscreen TV with HDMI connection, a full-length mirror, telephone, safe, mini-fridge (filled daily with 2 small bottles of water), coffee and tea making facilities (refilled daily), and a balcony or terrace (DSU/DSI). Also available for single use (DSE).

The private terrace invites you to relax with a table and 2 chairs as well as sun loungers and offers direct access to the pool. Junior Suite Sea View

Renovated in 2023, the Junior Suites are more spacious and feature a sofa bed next to a visual partition. In addition to the same amenities as the double rooms, they also include bathrobes and slippers, a ceiling fan, a coffee/tea station with an espresso machine (refilled daily with coffee, tea, and 4 coffee capsules), and daily refilling of the minibar with 2 bottles of water, soft drinks, juice, and beer, and are located on the sea side (JL2/JSF).

Family room Superior

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms, are more spacious, and feature a separate bedroom with a connecting door (F2U/BFS).

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM) served as a rich buffet in the main restaurant, Sundays with sparkling wine and crepes. Early bird breakfast (5 AM - 7 AM) available as a continental buffet upon request.
Lunch at the main restaurant (12:30 PM - 2:00 PM) or the Italian restaurant (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
