Location

The adults-only hotel Achilleas Lifestyle Beach is located between olive and cedar groves, right on a quiet sandy beach with a magnificent view directly over the sea. The small fishing village of Mastichari is less than 2 km away. In Mastichari, you will find shops, bars, and restaurants. A shuttle service to Kos Town is offered several times a week for a fee. The airport of Kos is approximately 7 km away.

The adults-only holiday resort, which can be booked for guests aged 16 and over, was renovated for summer 2025 and welcomes its guests in a fresh bungalow design. Several buildings are spread throughout the lovingly landscaped gardens, where 88 rooms with a modern, feel-good ambiance provide space for relaxation. It offers guests a lobby with a 24-hour reception, luggage storage, a modernized restaurant with a terrace, a new BBQ restaurant, a main bar with indoor and outdoor seating, a rooftop lounge (open evenings only), complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the complex, and an amphitheater. A beach kiosk is available on the beach for drinks. In the beautiful, spacious garden area, the renovated pool bar awaits you with indoor and outdoor areas and a wide selection of drinks. In the evening, you can end the day in cozy surroundings by the fire pit. In addition to the swimming pool with a whirlpool, daybeds, lounges, and comfortable sun loungers invite you to dream. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and on the beach. Pool towels can be borrowed free of charge.

The rooms, renovated for summer 2025, feature a bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, toiletries, telephone, safe, individually adjustable air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar (stocked with water and soft drinks upon arrival), coffee/tea station and espresso machine (refilled every 2 days), smart TV, full-length mirror, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace (DSU, 2+0/triple occupancy bookable under DSR). Can also be booked for single use (DAE/DSE).

Superior Double Room with Private Sun Loungers

Superior Junior Suite

Are also renovated and feature the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, are more spacious, and additionally feature a living area separated by a connecting door with a sofa bed (JU2/LN2).

Superior Maisonette

Maisonettes feature two floors with otherwise the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms. On the upper floor is a bedroom with a double bed, and in the lower area is a living room with a sofa bed, each with a smart TV. Each floor has a bathroom with a walk-in shower (2MI).

The main restaurant opens its doors for breakfast (7-10 am), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm), and dinner (6:30-9:30 pm). Meals are served buffet-style, with show cooking stations offering a fresh selection of additional dishes. From 10-11 am, a small breakfast with croissants, Greek pastries, as well as coffee/tea and juice is offered. Themed evenings take place twice a week. Water, soft drinks, juices, beer, and house wine are served with lunch and dinner.
Optionally, dinner can be taken in the BBQ buffet restaurant (7-9:30 pm, reservation required, approximately mid-May – mid-October, weather permitting). Snacks, as well as cake and ice cream, are available from 10 am – 5 pm at the pool bar.
Non-alcoholic drinks (e.g., soft drinks, coffee variations, tea, juices) are included from 10 am – 11 pm; draft beer and house wine from 11 am – 11 pm; other selected local alcoholic beverages such as brandy, vodka, gin, rum, tequila, whisky, ouzo, as well as long drinks, liqueurs, and a wide selection of cocktails are also included from 11 am – 11 pm. Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been scaled from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room since 01/01/2025.
