Location

The adults-only hotel Achilleas Lifestyle Beach is situated among olive and cedar groves, right on a quiet sandy beach with a magnificent view directly of the sea. The small fishing village of Mastichari is less than 2 km away. In Mastichari, there are shops, bars, and restaurants. A shuttle service to Kos Town is offered several times a week for a fee. Kos Airport is approximately 7 km away.

The adults-only holiday resort, which can be booked for guests aged 16 and over, was renovated for summer 2025 and welcomes its guests with a fresh bungalow design. Several buildings are spread throughout the lovingly landscaped garden, where 88 rooms with a modern, cozy ambiance offer space for relaxation. It offers guests a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, luggage storage, a modernized restaurant with a terrace, a new BBQ restaurant, a main bar with indoor and outdoor seating, a rooftop lounge (open in the evenings only), complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the complex, and an amphitheater. A beach kiosk for drinks is available on the beach. In the beautiful, spacious garden, you will find the renovated pool bar with indoor and outdoor areas serving a wide selection of drinks. In the evening, you can wind down by the fire pit. In addition to the swimming pool with a whirlpool, daybeds, lounge areas, and comfortable sun loungers invite you to dream. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and on the beach. Pool towels can be borrowed free of charge.

The rooms, renovated for summer 2025, feature a bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, toiletries, telephone, safe, individually adjustable air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar (filled with water and soft drinks upon arrival), coffee/tea station, and espresso machine (replenished every 2 days), smart TV, full-length mirror, and a furnished balcony or terrace (DSU, 2+0/triple occupancy bookable as DSR). Also available for single use (DAE/DSE).

Are also renovated and feature the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, are more spacious, and additionally have a living area separated by a connecting door with a sofa bed (JU2/LN2).

The main restaurant opens its doors for breakfast (7:00–10:00 AM), lunch (12:30–2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30–9:30 PM). Meals are served buffet-style, and show cooking stations offer a fresh selection of additional dishes. A light breakfast with croissants, Greek pastries, coffee/tea, and juice is available from 10:00–11:00 AM. Theme nights take place twice a week. Water, soft drinks, juices, beer, and house wine are served with lunch and dinner.
Dinner can alternatively be enjoyed at the BBQ buffet restaurant (7:00–9:30 PM, reservation required, approximately mid-May – mid-October, weather permitting). Snacks, as well as cake and ice cream, are available at the pool bar from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Non-alcoholic beverages (e.g., soft drinks, coffee variations, tea, juices) are included from 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM, draft beer and house wine from 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM, and other selected local alcoholic beverages such as brandy, vodka, gin, rum, tequila, whiskey, ouzo, as well as long drinks, liqueurs, and a wide selection of cocktails are also included from 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Proper attire is requested for dinner.

Note regarding climate resilience fee

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from January 1, 2025, from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
