Location

This refined, family-run boutique hotel is located at the entrance to Agia Galini. Its hillside position offers a stunning view of the Libyan Sea, the Bay of Timbaki, and the Ideon Mountains on the opposite side.
From the hotel, the beach is just a 5-minute walk to the left. The village and the harbor are also just a few minutes' walk to the right.

This unique and creatively designed hotel opened in 1990. Under the clever and visionary management of the family, the rooms and facilities have been continuously updated to modern standards to maximize guest comfort.
The entrance area features the reception, breakfast area, and a snack bar with a large sun terrace, which is also used for breakfast. A staircase leads down to the "ground area," the pool, and another terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas; pool towels are provided free of charge.
Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire hotel grounds.

Double room

The double rooms are decorated in a modern style and are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, satellite TV, a safe, and a balcony (D).
Also available for single occupancy (DE) or with a sea view (DM).

Junior suite sea view

The junior suites are designed with a Mediterranean flair, are more spacious, and feature the same amenities as the double rooms, with the addition of a small seating area, bathrobes and slippers in the bathroom, and a balcony or terrace with a sea view (J2M/JMI).

Suite 2 bedrooms

Offering the same amenities as the double rooms, these suites feature two bedrooms with double or twin beds, a separate living/dining area, bathrobes and slippers, a separate whirlpool bathtub, and a sea view (S22).

Climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been scaled from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room since January 1, 2025.
For stays in the high season (April 1 – October 31):
1-2 stars: 2 Euro
3 stars: 5 Euro
4 stars: 10 Euro
5 stars: 15 Euro
For stays in the low season (November 1 – March 31):

Arrival by car

From Heraklion airport, take the national road (New Road) towards Heraklion/Rethymnon. Leave the national road at the Moires exit. At the end of the exit, turn right towards Moires and drive under the bridge. Follow the road through the village of Siva and, after Siva, follow the new road (follow signs to Moires!). Continue on this road, passing through Agia Varvara, and descend into the Messara Plain.
Continue through Moires and then through Timbaki towards Agia Galini.
At the entrance to Agia Galini, after approx. 100 meters, you will find Palazzo Greco on the right side.
